No, they have not sent me anything in the mail.  I have received 3 phone calls at work.  Never did try and contact me on my cell.  First call was approx. one month ago, then yesterday I received 2 calls.  First one from the same one who left a message a month ago. Then the 2nd one was some girl telling me they were going to serve me papers sometime between 12 and 4 today.  I agree, it is probably scare tactics.  Why would a process server call you and tell you when they are going to be there??  That would give you plenty of time to "get out of Dodge"   LOL

This is completely illegal collection practices.  They probably own the PNC courier number too,  this is hard collection practices and you can file a complaint against them....I certainly wouldnt sign for any papers received unless they are legal court documents from a process server.  Have they sent you anything is writing?  This sounds to me like a illegal cash advance company trying to collect by  scare tactics.   Since when to process servers call before they show up?  People would make sure they are not there between that time frame.

I received a call about a month ago referring me to the above phone number and that they were coming to my place of employment between 12 pm and 2 pm to serve papers.  No show.  Law firm was different than the one above.   Today, received another phone call, I recognized the voice from the last message.  I pretended I was not the person they were wanting, and the guy on the other end, provided personal information that should have not been discussed.  Also said would be out to my place of employment between the hours of 12 pm and 2 pm.   Again, no show.  Just now got a call from PNC (?) Couriers telling me they were going to show up at my house tomorrow between 12pm and 4 pm and if I was not there, they were coming to my place of employment with legal papers, and that I should have ID ready and someone in management to witness it.  Time will tell if it's legit or not.  I can't even find any info on PNC (?) couriers.

I didn't get the message that was left and some guy  showed up to my job from a courier service with papers for me to sign. Thank God I was not there at the time!! That is completely uncalled for, I didn't even have time to respond! I don't even want to go back to work, i'm so embarrassed!!!!!

I just got a message from P&Z courier service stating they had legal documents for me they need to serve on me between 12PM and 4PM today and that if I won't be home they will come by my work.  It came from a blocked number and it gives the 855-373-1879 to call if you need to reschedule or want more information.

If you try to call them back forom a corporate or a blocked number...it comes up as a disconnected number. It makes you call from your cell or house number. They are a fraud!

This is used by a "supposed law firm"  trying to "set a (non-existent) hearing" for internet payday cash loans with ILLEGAL 400%+ interest...part of the Magnum Grp LLC from the Virgin Islands.

I got a message with extension number 121, called and asked for the extension. They asked who's calling and instead I stated I will verify w/ext 121. They placed me on hold, the picked up (same person who answered originally) again asked for my name after they said the name of the business "Devine, Rossi & Freeman Law Offices." I instead asked for their location and was then told ME not to call again.

IF THIS WERE A REAL LAW FIRM THEY WOULD HAVE  NO PROBLEM VERIFYING THEIR LOCATION!
