got several phone calls saying they are to collect a debt for a loan I took out years ago. they sound American and said they are in buffalo ny. I did not pay them and I got an unavaible call from a lady saying she was from my states office and if I didn't pay by five oclock I would be arrested. they said they had me on a recording and would use that against me in court. the number is 8553743989. his name was Chris Gomez. and info would help. thank you and they knew all my info and references

this same number has been calling for my brother... OUR LAST NAMES ARE NOT THE SAME... have never been the same... but yet they call me and say they have a summons for him.... well i tell them every time have for the past year that the cops and federal trade commission say they have to send something in writing or just show up and serve you.... im so tired of this.... its been about 3 months since we have gotten a call but i guess i will be doing more reporting to the federal trade commission...

They called my grandmother telling her that i am being sued for fraud and that I have to call them asap. some lady namedVictoria Thompson. yet you have an indian voice????? yeah ok....WTF they trying to do give old ppl heart attaches?

I would have told that old cow to bring it on...I'd like to meet her face to face.  
That scam is sure getting old and long in the tooth.  The more people that tell them to go to hades, right off the bat and on the very first call,  the sooner they will move on to another scam.

Got a call yesterday indicating I owe 374.50 for a payday loan from 2008 from Cardinal managment group.  A  lady named Adrian called twice with threating messages to come to my job and house to serve me court papers.  I called cardinal mgmt and they said its a scam.

Called and left a VM, Agent so n so on verge of submitting my case to my county courts if I do not return the call.  Says she has been unable to reach me by mail or phone. Well if you want me to call YOU back, leave the name of your company and what the call is about.  Not sure I owe you anything if you cannot be upfront with me.  Do not call Private and expect me to answer. Ya know?

Female (reading from a script) stated that she was "Agent (muffled)" and was calling to set up a time and location to serve me with legal documents.  She also stated that since she was unsuccessful, she would be coming to my place of employment or residence with the local authorities to serve me the legal documents.  She left the number of 855-374-3989 and stated it was an attorney's office.
