I GOT THIS SAME MESSAGE 3 TIMES THIS WEEK, SHE IS CALLING FROM A BLOCKED NUMBER WHICH IS WHY I DID NOT ANSWER. SHE SAYS SHE IS COMNG TO MY HOUSE TODAY FOR ME TO SIGN FOR DOCUMENTS TO APPEAR IN COURT BUT NEVER SAYS WHAT IS IS REGUARDING

Received a call from a Samantha Lewis on my cell phone regarding a family member who does NOT live at my house, and has not lived there for over 10 years. She said that his paperwork with his SSN had come to her desk and that he needed to be home on June 1st with ID to sign for certified legal documents to appear in court. She provided a case number and phone number of the claimant as 855-376-7124. After researching, I found this number to be tied to a collection agency.

Could also be a variation on the old "if you're not home, I'll come and rob your house". Not a new one.

The person who called claim that his name was Richard Harold with no company name that he is representing. This person informed that he will be sending to me paperwork from his client at number 855-376-7124, if this was in fact and a lawsuit that was filed then the company that he is calling on behalf with name should have also been disclosed. This is a bill collector and using scare tactics to get people to contact them. I would NEVER give someone that is calling me my address; he would have the address anyway. I hope this help with your nerves.
