Steve Arnold, how do you do "Donot Call Registry"? Please provide instructions. I received a call from my cell phone too. I am not sure how did they get my personal cell phone and I am not taking AVANDIA. Thank you.

Binder and Binder is a Disability Law Firm with different locations in the country and they are legitimate law firm if you need help with permanent disability. However, Law Office of Iceberg and Bender is another Law firm which I also received a call two times now as stated by Stacy, this is legal matter for medication Avandia for Diabetes. Let's not get mixed up with the two law firm. Thank you.

I got a call last night from this number. They left no message, but when I called it said Eisberg and Binder. Is this a scam?

Bibder & Binder are advocates who get results from Social Security. Can't say enough good about them. They REALLY helped me.  If this call was from them, I hope they call back.

just curious why you keep saying Bender & Bender, but the website you give is Binder and Binder.  The correct spelling Binder and Binder.

Received same call few minutes ago. Called number back and recording for rich berg and binder.  I am a client with binder and binder the social security advocates and this number is not associated with them.

Dick Summer was a very popular, classy, ( well his radio shows were), no shock jock stuff, and was very popular in the NY area for quite awhile, albeit 20 years ago from what I remember.  Maybe longer.

I have been getting calls from this # for MONTHS.
They used to just say callus back....and thats it....at first odd and somewhat amusing, like what am I missing or how do I know them.

I also used Binder and binder for my disability case, and they were great and helped me with my appeal and i finally got my disability, thanks to them.
they are very legit and government regulated in the fees they charge, so very up and up, IMO.

This call was definitely Iseberg and binder, I think it could be Bender now that someone mentioned it.

Public records files will have the names of attorneys people used in SSI cases with the Government so its not inconceivable thats how they got our names and #'s.

Now I am caught between anger and curiousity.  I am on pain meds that I do know have been recalled a lot lately and one of them was just stopped being made by 1 big med.

I also had surgery and a mesh was used that actually led to me having to have emergency surgery years later for adhesions and scar tissue.  Whether it was cause of the mesh or not, who knows, but it was on my mind before these calls actually.  These aren't the mesh adds you see on TV for Vaginal mesh law suits, as I dont have one of them either, kind of goes with the no birth control pills story line.  My mesh was for abdominal surgery.


Sooo, I am waiting to find out more and am going to check this out much more deeper and see what this apparent scam or phishing trip is about.  DO NOT TELL ANYONE ANYTHING PERSONAL.  BE SMART.  there is a lot of good advice in here, please use it.



I called back 2x and never an answer.  either way too many calls at this time followed by leave a message or just leave a message, cause no one is in the office.

That url points to Binder & Binder in Hauppage, NY who specializes in SS disability claims.
Your caller appears to be Bender & Bender (note the spelling difference) allegedly for AVENDIA claims.
The two companies are *NOT* the same.  Given what other posters report on this webpage, I would be VERY CAREFUL.
When STRANGERS call you, do *NOT* give out personal info like SSN, DOB, or anything else.

Keep getting calls from 707-681-5156 claiming that they "just received my medical file" and that because of the type of birth control pills I have taken in the last 10 years I am eligible for $5 to 10K as a settlement.  They "will send the money in cash along with a form to fill out to my home address".  I have not taken birth control pills in at least 15 years.  I asked where they got my medical file and he hung up on me.  What a surprise!!!!!!!!!!!   Beware!!!!!!!!

Well, They have a website,  http://druglawsuitrecovery.com/  I got a voice message from a guy named Dick Summer err Head? Not sure. He sounded like he just swallowed a dog turd. So very rude of them to cold call like that. I would steer far away from them. Don't pick-up. Report them to FTC

I am on the do not call list. The message was for me to return their all. It sounded like a solicitor. They are not listed at any web phone book. Please have them stop.

Left a message that they could "help me with a problem" Didn't say who they were,. just to call back.
I'm reporting them to the "Do not call registry" and suggest anyone else receiving calls from this number do the same.

This number has been calling my cell phone at least once a day for the last 2 weeks.  I tried to answer it twicw but nobody says anything.  They have not left any messages at all.  I am starting to get annoyed.

Got the same msg too...Hang ups...I have recently delt with Binder and Binder and I called, and it was NOT them.  I called the number back, and it also went to a voice mail asking ME to leave them a voice mail...Did not leave any details in their voice mail.

i got the call too when I receave calls from law firms I like to immedialey know what for!!! it was for Eisberg and binder left no message call the number back left message did not call back,somewhere i must have used a company for my diabetes testing supplies and they sold me out!!!

Just got a call from this number, looking for a person that a lot of other people have been looking for.  They say the are "something and binder."  I could not make out the first part.  They left a voice mail that left a lot of personal information, which is a violation of HIPPA.  So if they are legit, they should know better than that.  I called them back to not only let them know they had the wrong number but that I was saving the message that was left and reporting them.
