My sister received a call stating the same information as others.. Some type of Legal documents needing to be delivered.. She gave me the number although the operator said it was Nationwide??? I thought that seemed very legitimate although in researching the phone number there is nothing about Nationwide.. I'm beyond confused, but I do not want to be harassed and my family harassed,, using word like " Legal Documents" is intended to intimidate .. If anyone knows more about this so called " Nationwide" please let me know... I never been involved in a law suit and I'm not sure if this is legitimate, I do not want to give my address for obvious reasons

I also have been taken I have been paying this back on a visa prepaid card which I had to cancel and get a new one.I had to call these people to give new number only to find every number I called was not them anymore it was several different businesses so where did they go? I think I have been scre--- because I have already paid 400.00 to this place/

Funny, when they called me, they were "Breckenridge Law Firm" at 855-379-0329. When I called them back Terri Collins not so pleasantly told me that I have a payday loan that I owe, and I am going to be taken to court unless I pay them a VERY large sum of money.  I told her that I don't have a payday loan and that my lawyer will be calling her for further details.  She told me that there was no need that I could just explain in court after I am served.  SO, I conference called with my attorney, and once she got his bar number she proceeded to put us on hold for 30 minutes!!!!! We hung up and conference called again and guess what?  Voice mail!  Didn't even say the company's name, all it said was "no one is available to take your call, please leave a msg".  Needless to say my attorney left a very stern msg that they are NOT to call me again!  Seriously, I can only imagine the thousands of people who are bullied and scared into paying debts that they do not owe.  They should be ashamed.

I have too received two messages left on my voicemail at work from a guy at this number 855-379-0329 indicating that he will be serving me papers at my home and then now at my place of employment.  I have no idea who this is, and it's very ironic, that it's really hard to get the name of this person and the company he is with and what this matter is concerning.  Now do I get them to stop calling my work?

Its a payday loan we defaulted on &they cant sue you or take you to court or anything.if they could PROCESS SERVERS will wait outside of your Home or work there not gonna TIP U OFF THEY WILL SERVE U@Hm...&they know there screwed so in a couple months they will sell ur debt to another collections agency&we will go thru the same thing all over again.the loan place when goes into default sell ur debt to the collections comp..thats why they are so relentless.i personally just lost my job &Feeding my son&putting a roof over his head comes b4 ur payment .i will pay when im able BUT THERE F*** UP OF HAVING3rd party companys get ahold of my bank info&taking$out of my acct not AUTHORIZED by me Caused them not getting there$...&thats why the bounced check&overdraft fees were all returned to me&due to THERE INCOMPITANCE CAUSED ME TO CLOSE MY ACCT&Not pay my payment they screwed up not me.get inline w/ all the other debt collectors i have now due to the fact my wife wasnt allowed back 2 wk for 4 months after my son was born i had immpecable credit b4 that.& fell behind on everything that was3 yrs ago&im just now catching up

This is a total SCAM.  I have been disabled for years and only receive ss income. How would I get a pay day loan?  Lol. They say they are coming to my job. Lol well I wonder where I work?  Well I guess my immediate supervisor is the federal government.  I will make sure they are here when they come. I have been getting calls from a process server stating the will be at my house this morning to serve legal papers. If I am NOT at home they will serve me at work. Here I sit waiting, in the meantime I called my a local General District Court in circuit court to see if I had anything pending and they said no. I am now going to report this to my attorney general in my state These people are relentless and need to be stopped.  I am.a nervous wreck and this is starting to effect the quality of my life. This All stems from a payday loan that I received 2 years ago and have paid off much more than I actually owed. I have asked them repeatedly to send me a debt validation letter which they have refused because  they say they are not a collection company. Today I am sending them a letter stating that I require a debt  validation letter and to cease and desist all calls to my home and my work. I am so sick of these people!

I recieved a call from Steven Smith & he also indicated he would be serving me papers to my house or place of employment & if I wanted to stop this fropm happening to contact 855 379 0329. So I did & the guy was a total jerk & was like Oooo sorry but this has been fwd on & they are coming for me ! LET THEM COME I said & if you or anyone else contacts me I will be filing a complaint w/ the FTC & will get a lawer & serve your a** papers! How about that! Omg i got a call from steve smith who works for pcs couries to last week mon&tues@my job that he didnt want to serve me papers@ work to embarress me &to call him to reschedule to meet him but the # he gave was 877-379-0329 i called & was a credit solutions company there a debt collector i told the receptionist @my dr.office where i work who he left the message w/ on that monday what happened when i called that nite .on tues he called again shelia told him hes not to call here again for this matter again its a place of business call my personal # which he never did .he instantly got mad&said Fine ill be there to serve her tomorrow morning ...needless to say Mr.Smith didnt show up Wens which i knew he wouldnt since after checking Credit Solutions is not in my state :-) thats along way to drive to sandiego from virginia beach

Funny thing is got a voice mail from him to call him about a debt to resolve this matter about2&1/2 weeks ago from guess what # my friends 855-379-0329 WOW HE GOT A NEW JOB IN 2&1/2 weeks&they let him keep his same# from his last one. Pcs couries,Credit solutions&Cambrige&assc law ARE ALL LINKED INTO THIS#&another # they try diffrent tactics .prob w/ my debt is i agree i owe the loan yes np there .the problem is the company who turned this debt to this debt collector allows sum3 rd party financial like company KNOWNINGLY TO UR INFO.they withdrew $ out of my acct when i had just enough to cover all my bills so them taken $100 out w/out permission caused my Rent,Electric,Gas,&cable (idc about cable just the other thing because of my child) to bounce&caused Alot of bounced. Check&overdraft fees. I went to my bank&explained it they got the$100 back because he asked are u sure u didnt sign up for this service i explained WHY WOULD I SIGN UP FOR A SEVICE COSTING$100 when i obviously have no$that i applied for a payday loan so got that $100 back but still had to pay overdraft fees&1return chk fee there irresponsibility  caused me alot of time&money&was forced to close my acct due to idk who else they share my info w/&to avoid this happening again that lil prob caused alot of $probs for mons to come&am still catching up so due to THERE F UP there gonna wait until my personal things r caught up b4 there paid. Which i intend on doing when i can if i call them now they wanna set up something immediatly&im not able@the moment to do so. so sorry ur negligence caused all this not mine sure take me to court i got bank&other docs linking it all to you.

I had a guy named StevenSmith call my job two days in a row saying he has legal docs to deliver to me that he was a process server w/ pcs Couriers &i could call to reschedule where to meet him cuz he didnt want to come to my wk&embarres me. But when he called today he left the 855-379-0329# &said it was the comp hes delievering the pprs for .so why would i call them to setup a appt w/ him haha there no 855 area code in my state ill wait it out seems its all the same from everybody.

This company has called my place of employment, which is a hospital, threatening me and leaving meassges with other employees telling me I owe them money.  They have never sent me anything or called me at home or on my cell phone.  What is this????  They told me they will have me fired from my job, I will lose my house and car and lose my kids to the state.  I am so upset and don't know what to do becasue I don't owe anyone money!

Get a consumer law attorney and go after them for violations of the FDCPA, including:

Refusal to provide debt validation,
Violation of third party disclosure, AND:
Harasssment.

This woman christine brantley called my work 5 times in 30 min harassing me and my co workers and told them i owe them money!!!! Well all i asked was proof of the debt and they still cant provide me with it she tried to get my account information!!  I dont give out my account info just because you say I owe money.  Show me the proof!!

same has happened to me, she called my work 5 times in less than 10 min while i was at lunch she asked to speak to my boss; i was ripped; i sent them a formal letter asking not to call my work and I am not paying anyone  anything until i see proof that i owe a bill, Im not giving my checking account to anyone just cuz they say I owe money...

The same thing is happening to me. I asked them to please send me a copy of a contract that I was supposed to have signed. The first man said he couldnt and then I talked to a lady and she said she would send it to my email and that was 4 days ago. NOTHING ! Now I get a call from another lady about the same thing. I don't even know anything about this loan.

I received a voicemail from a person named Brian Wittington, demanding that I call him back immediately. He left the phone number of (855)379-0329 ext. 314. His tone of voice was rude and he cited the last four digits of my SSN. Not pleased to say the least. Interesting to me was that he somehow bypassed my phone ringing and was able to reach my voicemail without having to have my phone ring. Then he left his threatening-toned voicemail that I contact him immediately.  I contacted both of my banks. I don't owe any sort of debt to anyone. The Attorney General's Office in my state will be contacted. This company is bogus.
