"Brennan and Associates" attempted to collect money from me for an outstanding debt. Although the debt is valid, these people are scammers and do not own the debt. I called the original source that I owed and followed the path of credit collection companies and found that it is still with one of these companies! Brennan and Accociates claim that I was going to be served to appear in front of a judge in court, but I can settle with them and avoid having to go to court. They had no problem with me selling my car to settle the debt. They were willing to take my only income ($200) EVERY month, Please be warned that the people at 855-229-2109 are scammers! Please always research your own debt and who you really owe money to. God Bless. :)

This guy has the nerve to call me at work asking if I wanted to be served at home or at work. I told him, "I dare you to show up at either location". He hung up.

RDA stands for Ridiculous Dumb A***s- They called my boss disclosing my personal information to her. Man as soon as I heard that, I called back and told them don't you EVER give out my personal business! Telling my boss they were going to serve me papers for a current open court case. He's lucky I didn't see him in person, I would have gone to jail for punching him in his throat.

I don't know who the h--- is calling me either.... Im not opening that can of worms... Threatening a court case I missed... Haa ha ha ha    They will get tired.

Received a call from "Elizabeth" who claimed to be a process service company named RDA attempting to deliver papers that were returned from my employer.  Would not provide any information except that it was related to a court case in "the county court".  Could not tell me which one, only that it was in Missouri. She only provided the phone number and a case # 52009. When I tried calling the subject number, a man answered with a simple "May I help you?".  When I asked which agency this was, he replied that it was a law office.  That's all I needed to hear.
