these people are insane, i have received multiple calls from these people and have reported them to the police everytime. Always a different number to call back and always a different case number and are now somehow, getting phone numbers for people i am associated with. I wasn't to know how they are doing that? something has got to be fine and they are illegally calling besides being a scam they are calling at 7am

I have received two calls from this number. Two different people. Funny thing is that the 2nd caller called me four times, each time starting to state the message, and each time screwing up and having to call back. The first time, the message was...this message is for...and he started to say my name, but said "Crap!" instead, and then hung up!! If anyone was going to serve you, I highly doubt they are going to call you first!

These people called twice and told me if i did not call back and arrange payment, she said she was some locator...on are caller id it was unknown caller...these scam people are out of control and they need to be stopped...always trying to rip people off, i am tired of it..

It is indeed a scam....Same old thing repeated over and over world wide to scare people into parting with that so  called "settlement" cash....

I got a call too today but the person was talking really fast (like a debt collector not someone trying to track you down for a summons) but the person said his name was John WILLIAMS. He said he was from (my county's) Processing and Summons office or something.  I knew this ws bull because a person working on delivering a summons is not concerned with having you resolve the issue with the third party. Plus he could not give the the full plaintiff name.

Apparently this is from Michael Hunter at extension 251.  I then got a call from Ashley Williams who told me to call them or I was going to get served papers . . . I wil wait this out through tomorrow as that is when they said I would be served.
