AICR is the American Institute for Cancer Research. It is their telemarketing company calling you for fundraising. So far the numbers they have called me from include:

To stop the calls:  If you go to their web site, scroll down to the footer and click on "Do Not Call policy."
Click that.

I suggest we all look into taking away their nonprofit status.

If you check how AICR uses the funds they raise, 95% goes to "Fund Raising" and 3% to actual research.  Sign up for nomorobo if you have VOIP telephone service.

never leaves a message   call listed as 800 service on caller id

I receive calls from 855-404-2471 daily.  I never answer or does this caller ever leave a message.  What irritates me most is the caller gets my voice message from my answering machine and then they do not hang up and leaves my line "busy" until I go and disconnect the caller.  I was gone for a couple of hours this morning and when I arrived home a computer voice was saying "If you wish to make a call, please hang up and call again", "if you wish to make a call, please hang up and call again" and then a busy signal.  My phone was on a "busy signal" for two hours until I arrived home and disconnect the caller myself.  This should be illegal.

l called this number (855-404-2471)  after they woke me this morning at 8 10 am.  The recording l reached lD'd the company as the American lnstitute for Cancer Research.

I get a call from this number about 5 times a week.  No message left.  Most annoying.

Received a call from this number today (4/2/2014). Have many other numbers from the American Institute of Cancer Research blocked from prior spate of calls. Will now block this one.

I have blocked the 4 numbers they've called me on so far--wonder how many phone lines they have? Looked at their latest 990 filing--Infocision Management Corp. retained 62%, or $4.2 million of the revenue (donations??) of the $6.8 million derived from telemarketing activities--shameful! I am looking into whether they are properly registered to solicit in every state that requires it.

We keep getting calls from  # 855 404 2471.  Have never answered them and just want it to stop!

855 404 2471 Is a scam about Cancer Research, image scammers using something like cancer to scam people. THey call from this number, be careful and don't give them any info about yourself.

This number calls 2 or 3 times a week to my home number. I have it blocked now. I have asked to be removed, I have filed a complaint, nothing stops these leaches

American Institute Cancer Research...ACIR....it's takes afew seconds for someone to come on line. They want you to send out cards to your neighbors for campaign to raise money. I just told them no. They will leave you alone for about six months then start calling again......it never ends....

Got several calls, no one answers

They call and get my answering machine but will never leave a message. So no message no reason to call back that is the way i operate and it has to be a good reason besides for me to call as well.

I  will not answer a call that I don't recognized and this is one of those.  

I keep getting this annoying calls, don't these telemarketers get it? I don't answer #'s I don't recognize. Especially when they don't leave a message on answering machine!!

Before calling an area code that you are not familiar with,
Google it to see what state it is from ! This was a call to my land line.
