I just got a call from these idiots saying an account with my name and social was involved in something and it could result in issues with future accounts.  SCAM!!!!  I didn't even bother.

Umm...did you try to sue them or report them to the Attorney General?  Those are major violations of the FDCPA.

I got a call from the same company. I called the number back and spoke to a gentleman. He proceeded to tell me that I took out a loan with Loans.com and I bounced a check with them. He knew my bank and my references.  I told him that I didn't take out that loan because my bank account was closed when that loan was supposedly taken out. I also told him that I have the paperwork to prove that it was closed.  He said I understand where you are coming from but you did take out the loan and it was deposited so did I or didn't I want to make a payment to clear this matter up. I told him no I didn't want to clear it up because it wasn't my loan. My checking account was closed in March of 2011 and I supposedly made a loan with loans.com and they deposited into my checking account in July of 2011.  I repeated myself and he just kept saying I understand but don't you want to get this cleared up. Then he said well I guess you are telling me that you have no intention of clearing up this matter thus you are in default. I repeated myself again then hung up on him.

Got a call today after a week without calling. They said I had a debt and that they were trying to get their money back. Gave them a hard time and told them to send me the information of the debt by email, or mail, they said that they couldn't do that. Told them that I would settle for a $100.00 (they said it was 500) and he didn't agree to. Tried to tell them that I would make $20.00 payments, and he denied it too. I really gave that guy a hard time. I know I have no debt, and if I did ( which I don't remember having) its under the statute of limitations. They wont send any information so I wont give them any. Beware not to make any agreement or give them your card number. Wait to see if they send something by mail (which they will say they have sent but I have never received).

Atleast you all did not do like me.  I paid them, did not know it was not legite, until I received 3 or 4 calls from different people, all stating the same company; DJR Group,LLC.  I contacted the real DJR GROUP and they have no idea who these people are.  I was taken for $679 and they have sent me a PAID IN FULL letter.  So I feel so "STUPID," but now I am on to the little ba@#%^#@'s, and now they are trying to tell me that they are gone serve me with papers.  I also am being contacted by someone called, CHECK SYSTEM....SCAMMMMM.  I hope they are caught, and burned at the stake.  I have filed charges with the police.  Be careful, do not give out any info.  I have learned my lesson. Hope we can put an end to all of this FRAUD.  We all work too hard to make our money, not fair.

I will advise you not to answer anytime the number, 855-412-3828 calls you. They are simply not what/who you think they are. They will try to keep you on the phone as long as possible; actually they are getting more info as they do so, I mean any available info from your cellphone. Sometimes, it's the FBI.

I also rcvd a call a few mins ago. Recording blah blah about bank acct, check etc.. Call us at blah blah lah..
First place I only right two check per month child care and house note. And I know I no where near negative in my acct GOD BLESS.. It's nothing but a scam

I got the same message said exactly the same as everyone post. I am thankful to this website that I can get the answer and found out a lots of people get the same call.  They are scam try to take advantage of people who in need.

Got this message on my phone yesterday.  I tried calling them back -- all I got was this stupid music playing.  I was going to mess with them a bit -- tell them I am an attorney that was hired by several callers to investigate them.  What comes around goes around.  I just want to dish it right back to them just for my own personal satisfaction.

    Please call Tech Solutions immediately in regards to a bank account associated with your name and social security number attached to it. If you do not call back immediately, it could affect all other bank accounts that you have. When you call back, we have a special negotiator that will help with this situation.
    Wen I called this number back to let them know that I was going to call the police, all I got was music playing in the background. I know this is a scam.

These people claimed to be from Chex Systems (6 months ago it was some other group). Then they claimed to be adjuticators trying to keep me out of court over a supposed internet loan made to a bank of america acct I had back in 07. Problem was that the acct was closed by bank of america in 06. Well today they called my sister, who is battling cancer, and whose husband is now battling cancer and threatened to have her locked up. She called all upset, and who could blamd her. This number is owned by a front company for a New York mafia group that buys charged off bank accts for pennies on the dollar and tries to scare people into paying. In 09, they actually threatened to throw a molaitov cocktail through the window of my home and shoot me and my family as we tried to leave the house because I didnt pay them.

I'm getting same calls.  I phone number is on the no call list but it doesn't seem to matter.

It was a recording with a female voice asking me to call the phone number and she said it was from Check Systems re my checking account and also my social security number associated with the checking account.  Caller said for me to call back and that it was important because it would affect any of my future accounts.  Caller did not say who the call was for but the message was left on my home phone.  Caller also said to call the above no. if I wanted a professional mediator to help me re the problem with my checking account.

I started getting calls from these people 3 months ago and they continue to call daily. I've been given a half dozen names for the company including ChexSystems, which is false representation. I can't get them to mail me anything in writing about what it is they want.

It's clearly a scam and I let them know that as well.  I've never had so much as a returned check from my bank account.  I've been blocking them but they call from so many different numbers. The FTC, BBC and state AG have been less than helpful with these con artist.  

If I had a problem with my checking account, wouldn't my bank call or send written correspondence?

I just mess with these people they get mad. I give their number to my brother who in turn gives them the right number to call- usually the FBI. They should be mad with  me-as bad as my credit is....either ignore them or messed with them the way they are messing with you...give them the most outrageous info you can think of.

Get back to working your phone you nimrod. You're no better at being a SHILL than you are at impersonating an authentic human being. You pathetic little blood sucker!

U have no problems working with them. Inked a debt and didn't have the $ until I got my tax return check. They have me a settlement letter and now I can get more loans (if I need them).

I didn't know what to think when I got a message from this number, so I randomly searched the number and found out its a scam. They can either put me on the do not call list or I'm gonna change my number

Got a call from this number claiming to be check systems....wtf

My call was of the same nature........Tech Systems...........something about my SS# and checking account and how other accounts would be in jeopardy if I didn't return the call.  I blocked my number and called - no one answered - just music playing.  I'll do like the rest of you and just ignore them.  I have Charter phone service, tried to block the number but Charter's system said it was not a valid number.  I too believe that this is some type of scam.

Referenced my Bank acct and SSN# was reported by my bank... I called the bank ... Was told they have received a few other calls prior ..that's crooks trying to steal your identity

I called in, and the first guy just sounded angry and hung up. The second guy said I had just called a processing division, and that the system had a lot of glitches. A lot of bad phone numbers were being handed out, and whatnot. Hope this helps a bit!
