The caller didn't speak until about 10 seconds after I answered. I found it weird that the connection was bad. Couldn't clearly make out what the youngish, white-sounding guy was saying. He may have said the name of his company is "Tela." After asking him to repeat what he said a few times, he yelled it. I told him that he didn't have to yell. The call ended after he got argumentative.
