They stated the same thing about court papers, etc. and a payday loan but there is nothing on my credit report of such.  They got $70 of my money and is telling people his name is Kevin Scott at X608 with Continental mediation, amazingly he never answers the phone when I call and I have no paperwork either proving this is a debt collection

This is a well known scam!!  You must have applied for a cash loan online and they got your information.  Even if you owed something they must disclose the charges in writing, ha-ha.  Please don't lose sleep over this.  Pull credit reports and put an alert on your credit file to be aware of FRAUD.

Ben Jones called looking for Pam and said they have summons for her to appear in court.  He said charges have been filed in her name and to have her call this number.  the number is for an "allstate mediation", which i believe is b***s***.  Very sketchy at best and lawyers will not disclose the information he left on my answering machine.  BE CAREFULL THEY HAVE PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT MIGHT GIVE THE APPEARANCE OF A LEGITIMAT COMPANY.  FRAUD!!

I received a call from this number 855 414 8853 claiming that I had taken out a cash advance online. The person said the loan company was First American Cash Advance. I have never had a cash advance deposited into my back account from an online cash advance. Also, they threaten with legal action but would not give me any information as to the name of the bank where the funds were supposedly deposited or dates when the funds were deposited. What is even weirder is just a few months prior to this a person claiming to be a detective in Ca said that I was being charged with cyber crime and named the same loan company, same amount the loan was supposedly for, and had my bank info, personal information, etc. Someone please help me! I don't know if to ignore them or pay it even though I know I didn't have an online loan. How do I know if this company is real or not?
