It is 6am. . . Let me repeat. . . 6 A.M.! And I have 2. . . Yes TWO MISSED CALLS FROM THESE VULTURES. . . WTF!!! I AM GETTING ANNOYED.

It is University of phoenix.  I even gave them a WRONG number and they STILL tracked me down.  All I wanted to know was what the tuition is for a certain certificate.  But it won't let you look unless you sign up.

I requested info from U of Phoenix as well, didn't realize it would be 4x calls a day, as early as 8am (I'm on a second-shift schedule).  After checking the number here, I called back and asked for my number to be removed from the call list and they politely agreed to do so.  Fingers crossed it worked.  Makes me less interested in applying for any online courses if they're this annoying when all they had was a name and phone number.  What happens when they get my CC info?

29 missed calls in 6 hours... All from this number... W.T.F

I was never interested in U of Phx, so how did they get my cell number?  They call three times a week. I have a block code on them (they also use 602-713-0785), but my cell phone wrings once before it's blocked

They call me 4x/day for 1 wk now and never leave a message, will they call forever everyday if I never answer...what bunch of morons, don't they get it ? very annoying especially when they try at night too. The more I won't be interested in U. of Phoenix!!!

Just an FTI:  Someone actually left a message this time.  I called back and I found out that whomever they are looking for gave my phone number instead of theirs.  So all these calls are for another person who used the wrong phone number and results in me being uber annoyed.

Called again today while I was in a meeting.  Annoying!

Actually this is one school that I AM actually interested in - I just don't want to have them calling four or five times a day and not leave a message. I actually chatted online with a person from there and have a recruiter SCHEDULED to call me tomorrow so I am expecting it - that's the way I like to operate. I will hold off and wait and see if the calls from this number stop first after the interview. If they do then I will know.

I have been getting calls from this number also but we always screen our calls with an answering machine that says in a polite and straighforward voice to leave your name, callback number and a BRIEF message. But these folks never leave a message - the number is 855-417-2449 and our caller ID says FREE CALL TOLL

I end up just deleting the blank "message" but it does get a bit annoying when I have to go through and delete them just to get my legit messages. Actually I too have been inquiring online about online school programs and options, so maybe this is from one of these outfits. I do have call blocking which lets you block up to 30 numbers at once - I will have to delete one of them and make room to block this one as they are now calling about four times a day starting in the early morning like 8 am and still call around 8 pm as well as the middle of the day. There ought to be a law against this sort of thing. And no the "Do Not Call" list doesn't really work - we are already on that. There are so many ways to circumvent that. We actually got a call once from an American telemarketer who actually had (I found out by Googling) a boiler room call center operation in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada - that's how they got around the US do not call regs and lists

Oh my god... these freaks are out of control!!!  I thought it was bad when they called me 4-5x yesterday w/o leaving a single voicemail... until today when they began calling me EVERY TWO HOURS SINCE 8AM... AND STILL NO VOICEMAIL!!!!  What kind of PSYCHOS do they have working for University of Phoenix, that seem to think this is acceptable human behavior????  
I know longer have ANY interest in ANY of their Programs- despite these appearing quite useful to my career.  But NO.... JUST LEAVE ME THE EFF ALONE!!!!!!!!!

I called the number back (855-417-2449) and it was University of Phoenix.  I remember a month ago I went online to see what classes they offered but I don't remember putting in my phone number. Not sure how they got that. Over the last few days they've called 5-6 times each day but never leave a message. Annoying!!!!

I would like to stop recieving calls from this number, I am no longer interested in the University and would like them to stop calling.

This is a number to the University of Phoenix recruiting department. If you put your information into their website while looking for information, then that is why they are calling.

If you call them and let them know that you are not interested, thay will stop calling you.

this number has called me about 4 times a day. in the morning and the night. i never answer. i have been trying to get info about colleges online but now all of these numbers are calling and wont leave messages or stop. i am sick and tired of it!

I have received 3 calls from this number. No message & no one evers answers... Scammers is what I think. I have been job hunting on the web...
