A Judgement is GRANTED by the court. After a hearing. By a judge. Fraudulent debt collectors love to say a "judgement will be filed". It's an intimidation tactic used by scumbags who hope you're unaware of how legal process works.

They call me 3-4 times a day...never leaves a message.  When I have answered it there is never anyone on the other end.

Yes I have had the same thing happen to me from US Fast Cash. First if all i have not dealt with them since last year. They are a rip off. And i paid them back the loan amount plus their high a** interest. They kept calling trying to give me another loan. Now they talking about i owe. They are full of BS and are liars.

This number keeps calling my phone.  I do not answer the calls, but they call three or four times a day.  They never leave a message.

They only deal via email. They won't even send you a notice via mail even if you ask them. Also illegal.

They prefer phone calls because they can spoof the Caller ID. This better enables them to hide not only from you but from law enforcement agencies.

This is US Fast Cash. They are trying to identify if your phone number is still legit so they can file in court for a judgement against you. This practice is illegal by the Federal Trade Commission.

Who ever it is they keep calling three times a day asking for amanda and saying that my number is what they have on file for her. I wish they would stop

Answered a call from this number. No response. Then my camera came on and no buttons on my phone worked. Had to remove the battery. What's up with that?

This number calls my work. And when I answer the phone, they hang up. If I let the answering machine get it, they don't leave a message.
