You people are pathetic! Seriously! Who borrows money and then gets upset when it comes time to pay it back? If I knew I owed someone money, I'd pay the money back. Not sure how that's called a 'scam'. If you took it, you owe it. It's basic principles of finance. All you people make me sick. I just would never run from something I knew was mine, yet you feel 'stupid' for partially paying back money you know you owe? Something is terribly wrong with that picture.

How can person find out if still payday loan debt if lost paper work

I received a call and was private number left message on voice mail called back and stated that I was going tone sued and jailed for default on payday loan. Said they were also going press charges criminal charges andintent to defraud a banking ininsiution in Ohio. For one I no longer live in Ohio and said they sue me in Ohio and then get me for jumping across state lines. I've lived in same state for three years. They had me scared at first and I did pay for little over month until my credit report came back and said that payday loan had been wrote off. Still scared about so I emailed them about letter of proper debt information letter. They said that  sent it and just sent me another copy via email of payment arrangements and there number an old address of in current state live in. They also asked if problem w payment arrangements. Address they had was out of Wyoming. Still scared but don't want lose money  been scammed twice. Any advice.

I feel stupid because I gave them a payment of $105 last week and they have my debit card number.  He called today at my job and ask for my next payment and I didn't give it to him.  He wouldn't get off the phone , kept asking me if I had the payment or not.   "Should I cancel that card?  "When he calls again I will ask him tons of questions and see what he saids. This is awful how they use people, I pray that God helps people be aware of people like them.

For proof of debt, they need to send it though the US Postal Service, NOT email!!  Don't do anything, it's a big scam.

I got a call from this number also 855-420-8309 at my job saying I owe money and they were going to send the sheriff to serve me papers.  They wanted $180 a week.  I asked for the company name, address, etc. he was kinda hesitant.  I don't believe them and even the letter that he emailed me  look phony.  His name was Mr. Davis.  What can I do about this?  

There is a person named Mr. Davis who says that if I don't pay them 1200.00 they will send the sheriff's office to my job.
I dont have access to those type of funds, he also says that they are sending processors out to serve me papers.  I'm tired of the threats and will hire and attorney to help assist with this.
