A Ms. Poole called stating that they were going to take legal action against my daughter since I was a reference on her information. My daughter was told that it was about one of her student loans. She does not have any loans with United. They would not tell us who United was.

I caution everyone who receives a call from an unknown company named UNITED 1-855-435-7618. ext 243 The idiot on the line could not even explain the company, where they are located nor how he received my number. There are so many scams out there, so please make sure when you receive calls like this you protect yourself!

I RCVD A CALL FROM AN UNKNOWN NUMBER. STATED THAT I WAS A REFERENCE ON MY SISTER'S ACCT (WHICH I PROBABLY AM). BUT WHEN I ASKED WHAT UNITED WAS, SHE WOULDN'T TELL ME. JUST SAID THAT I WAS NOT AUTHORIZED ON HER ACCT. WHAT IS UNITED??

I got a call from this company called United.  1-855-435-7618 the woman's name was Ms. Poole
