Block them, some smart phones have the ability to block calls directly.  You would have to store the number and then under edit you can choose the block option.  Or you can call your phone carrier and ask them to block that number.

RSVP Credit Services. I don't have a Toys R Us credit card and never have. After several calls using my minutes and voicemail I called them. I answered "I don't have it" to the questions about account number and social security number and was transferred to customer service. Very pleasant young woman said they were looking for a woman whom I have never heard of and would remove my number from their system. Since that time I am still getting 45 calls per day. So much for the help I got.

This number calls my cell phone 8-10 times a day.. when I answer they do not respond.. I even wait for some type of recording and am disconnected. It is super annoying and a hassle. I didn't even know it was Toys R Us until I read the other comments concerning this same number.

These people are calling me about a credit card I do not and never have owned.  I have asked them to stop calling, they agree but continue to call.

Call them back and ask them why they keep calling your number. You can bypass the prompts for entering your Toys R Us account number and speak to a customer service agent. Isn't it worth it to take 10 minutes or whatever to get them to stop calling up to 8 times a day? In most cases I have found if you are nice and polite to the customer service rep they will do what they can to help you resolve the issue.

Today I called 855-452-3721 after receiving many calls and voice mails and found that I had a balance of finance charges of $3.89 after I thought I had paid my account in full. The customer service rep was more than happy to give me a credit to offset the balance and also thanked me for being a loyal customer. It took about 6 minutes. Give them a call it is worth getting rid of the annoying calls. Good Luck!

R-Us Credit card is now issued by Ge Capital Retail Bank and they have a phone # listed as:

Apparently, this is something to do with Toy r Us. They have been calling me about 4 times a day for the last 2 months. I don't even know what they want. You call back and they want your personal info. This sounds like a scam to me, so I won't give any info. I may never buy anything from Toys  r Us again.

Event Reminder
As the post above suggests, it is RS Credit Services. When you call them back, the automated system asks for an account number. When you respond that you don't have have one, it asks for your full social security number. This not only looks like a Do Not Call violation, but might also be a scam.

Obviously, don't enter your SSN.

Telemarketer
This telemarketer is super annoying.  Absolutely will not stop calling until you answer and talk with them.  They should be charged with harrassment.  I don't even think I will shop with "Toys-R-Us" again because of these annoying phone calls.
