Just got the same call at my work #.  I reported this to the AG's office and there isn't really anything you can do other than to put a fraud alert on your credit and ignore it.

They have been harassing me for almost a year. Yesterday they spoofed a call from the local county office. When I answered it wend dead. A few minutes later I had a voice mail from a guy that said I was going to be served the next day unless I call the above number. I called it about 5:05. I talked to a ms fox she said she would email me the papers and stall them from serving me. I cAlled her this am she said they emailed me at 2:42 yesterday. A whole 2 hrs before we had our conversation. Btw she had all types of my info, like former addresses and my employer , who she said she was contacting. Ha, I was self employed all my life. I'm retired now on disability.

I got 2 calls back to back from this number. I didn't see the calls as my phone was on vibrate. There was a voicemail from someone named Michelle Dickson who said she was from the internet and bank fraud attorneys network. That they had a case in my county of residence. Left a docket number. Then a family member called me and gave me the exact information. They called her asking questions and told her all of this stuff. I was shocked that these people are harassing my family. I called them and spoke to Ms. Dickson told her to stop call me and harassing my family. She yelled at me and hung up. So I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at www.counsumerfinance.gov. They will be handling this issues from here on out. I will also be filing a complaint with my attorney general office. This will stop! I have the voicemail saved for proof of their false legal action claim....that is against the law.  

They called stating they are from Brown Law Firm and stated that they are calling for Check fraud the man that called said his name is Mathew Chambers this person does not work for the county that I live in. Please be careful! He wants me to tell him where I work!

yea i got these call also about some fraud case in my country from 855 465 4128 total bs  why cant numbers like these be stopped

This number keeps calling me they claim they are from a law firm stating there is a check fraud charges being filed in my county against me stating that I took out an online loan

THEY keep calling and said this is about a check fraud case being filed in my county, said they are custer and brown law firm.  # they called from is 855-465-4128. ext.208 this is an online loan.
