These jerks are using a spoofed number to contact me on my cell phone. I no longer own the property in question, yet they still call me. Is a Class Action suit possible?

855-469-7325 belongs to Real Time Resolutions, a debt collection company. They're call-back number is (877) 599-2843. I told them I'm not the dead-beat they're looking for so please stop calling my number. They thanked me and said it would take up to 24 hours to clear my phone number.

A robot call everyday, 7 days a week. Message ask if you are not this person to hang up. This does not stop the robot from calling. Answer the call doesn't stop the robot from calling. These companies do a poor job of maintaining records, assume they don't care because it's not like you can stop them. how big a deal can a call be if an unattended robot is calling?
