Got a call from this number, called back and I get "Rogers Credit Operations".  Anyone else notice Rogers never uses a consistent phone number for that?  Sketchy as hell, and I'm not going to give any information needed for account purposes over the phone.

The number given were like the other posts, 855-469-8423 and the "agent" threatened me as well.

My mother just received a call at 8:00 am in the morning the other day stating that someone called saying that I defrauded a financial institution and that I was going to be served with paperwork if I didn't call back within two hours( how they got her number is beyond me).  I then received a  vm msg stating that they were giving me two hours to respond to a fraud agent named Hanna or they were going to proceed with the charges of fraud against me and they would see me in court, but first they were going to serve me papers in court and at work.  I did take a payday loan several years ago.  A few years ago someone wanting to verify my address called because they were going to press charges against me for "fraud", but if I set up a payment plan all would be forgiven. This happened to me twice. I was to respond and send the money to someone in Florida in Maricopa County, I was to send a payment every two weeks.  The agent was doing me a favor by not having the case sent to court.

They can't serve you at work. It is illegal to threaten you or call your work for debt collection. These people have to conscience. The "debt" in question may not be real or even yours. Plus, they can't send police to your house for consumer debt.

I was called at work today and was threatend to be taken to court over some loan i had at the begining of this year. they pretty much told me they would come to my job with the athorities and have my checks garnished what do i do

I keep getting harrassing calls from this number threatening me at my job they are going to come and serve me yet she cant provide me a docket number of the summons.  Go figured. .I think this is fraud as well.

Processor server named Leah called my cell, my husbands cell and my 14 year old cell leaving threatening message stating I will be served for defrauding a financial institution. Completly illegal to leave third party disclosure information on voice messages when number is not identified. This company is a complete joke, not legit, don't let them scare you. Report to FTC and local sheriff department

I got a call on my cell phone saying that i was to call in 1 hr or they would show up at my home and or job with a warrant for me and said i had to call them back. Well i find it odd i don't even know the person they left their threatening message for in the first place and i called  back and they was very rude stating this is the number we had on file and you will have to give us your info so that they could take care of it and i made it very clear they are going to be hearing from my lawyer . After i said that they said we are sorry we will remove your number 5 minutes later another person called my cell back with the very same message for the same person. SO i will just have my lawyer handle this if they call back i once again told them i dont know whom this person is

Exact same thing happened to me. "Olivia" called me at work. Gave me a case # & only 1-2 hours to contact them or she would be forced to serve me at my work or home.  Very scary & intimidating.

My son got a call from this number stating that they were a process server and they were going to charge me with defrauding a finacial institution. I dont have a bank account, and why call him?? These people are bullies and try to scare you nothing more

These people called me saying they were from my county and I was to be served with documents to appear in court for attempt to defraud a financial insitution.  Said his name was agent beach.  Said that is I didnt call back their legal department I would be charged with failure to appear in court.  Said they were going to go to my place of employment and to my house.  I think they are connected with one of these pay day loan places. I was hard  up and took a payday loan.  Since my info was out there I believe it was sold and all of a sudden I had an unknow deposit in my bank account from twin bluffs and two debits from another place I did do business with.  Then two weeks late another "authorized check" was cashed.  I called my bank and had the acount frozen because  I know that the secruity of the account is compromised.  Should I be concerned?

Just got a call threatening me.  Who are these idiots?

A female called for my husband.  She left a message stating she was a state process server and he had W hours to call her back.  If not she would come out and serve court papers.  I have had similar calls threatening the same thing,  nothing ever comes to fruition.

Please stop calling my home or I will have YOU arrested!

I received a call from a Mr. Gauge claiming to represent Maricopa County.  Further threatened court action, making it sound that he was an agent from the Maricopa County Courts.  He rambled off a phony Maricopa County Case number.
He further threatened to have police agents show up at my home and work if I didn't straighten out the problem.  He was asking for a person with the same last name as me, who was of no relation.  He may have been looking for this person for some reason.  A collector if I had to guess.
This person "Agent Gauge" also called my father asking after this person.  My father told him she was of no relation and he seemed satisfied.  They called my father and I at our home numbers.
I did call back the number he left, 855-469-8423, and received an answering service for the ACS Offices.  I asked to speak to the Legal Department, as instructed, and promptly received a system error from their phone system and dumped into a message que.  I left a message for "Mr. Gauge" telling him to call me back to rectify this situation.  I left no other information other than my name.

I am being threten to be served for a debt I don't owe

these  people threatenned me with fraud and also that I was going to be served by them at my job or house, and much more sh,t..That is absolutly ilegal.note that they use a free number and never tell you what agency they work for .they should be reported to the fbi for leaving information over the phone on the answer machines of people they suppose are the ones they are looking for,and lying about implications that are bogus crap.dont bealive anything they say and just f with them and laugh at them.information they give over the phone about legal matter can only be given by writing or in person by a server.so f them liers.

This a$$hole called me trying to intimidate me over a family member, left tons of personal information and private information, and lied about legal ramifications that don't exists. I intend on filing a lawsuit against these jerk offs. Keith Stone or whatever your name is you my friend have now been SERVED. Idiots.

they cused at me told me that they were trying to serve my dad. for some bogus s***!!!! So i had fun letting her cuss me out and then turned them into the fbi!!!!!! they got defensive and told me if i ever call their office again they will file harassment suit on me!!!!! Not takingg my money!!!!!!

Someone from here left a message saying they were a process server and that I had two hours to call them back or I would be served!!!!

Cant believe people threaten other people like this and think it's legal!!
