Pretty much the same story......but since a lady had called me the day before with the same claim........I realized there was something not right. So as he asked me questions, I wouldn't answer, but asked him questions instead. He told me he has no office but drives around all day serving documents and wouldn't give me his phone number. He told me the company he represented was BMTG Group.....and I asked him twice.........shame on the guys. I am disgusted with people like this!!

Just had the same thing happen, which is how I ended up here......Got a call yesterday too from some lady trying the same thing.........so this Chris Gonzales calls me today saying I may have already gotten a call..........really irritates me even more as he is looking for my son who happens to be overseas in the Army.......and hasn't been home for a while. Then he tries to see if I can get in contact with him by Skype ...........I had to let him know I am not allowed any contact with him........what a joke. How dare them harass a fellow who is defending our country! and try to scam everyone.......shame  shame on them!

All you have to say is that you are not allowed personal calls at work and they can no longer call you there...........from experience........lol  You don't have to say any more than that.

i got called by a server too at my job. i dont think you can toss all the calls out the window. ive only been served one other time, for child support, happened the same way. i just called and took care of it rather than have any hassle at my job.

Did they ever show up at your place of work or residence with the summons?

I received a call also along with messages on my daughters phone and my bf cell phone! Is this scam? Do they really have process servers to try and serve me if I dont pay a very old debt?  Please advise as I am very worried.

I received a call at work from someone named Tim who claimed to be a process server who needed to deliver a summons to me.  I told him he could not come to my place of employment without a local sheriff.  He said he would go to my house I said no.  He gave me a phone number to call and I got an Angela who told me I was being taken to small claims court for HBSC for a debt that is past the statute of collection in my state.  She asked me to settle I said no, she said they would be showing up at my workplace. Junk debt collector getting away with harrassing people.

I just recently received a call from an unknown call from a Christopher Gonzalez, stating that he is a private process server for a summon he needs to deliver for a company called, "BLC Group" with this telephone number 855-472-5225. From the beginning, it sounded like a scam already. He had my father's name, my name, and my address, with the my telephone number and my other family member's telephone number. He would not provide me his telephone number. Therefore, I called "BLC Group" with that number, and it was a representative who picked up right away, without the company's name introduction or a voice message to prompt you to speak with a representative. He states that his company's name is "BM." Please further investigate this scam and report this as fraud.

BS legal sounding message.  Called back and got some obnoxious clown who told me he was a looking for somebody with a long, foreign sounding name.  No doubt, a scam of some sort.

Bogus unknown caller seeks important information regarding : documentation from a clerks office. called the number, no person available only an extension saying person is unavailable. Call came in at 9:30PM
