Also received the same sort of call said it was to serve in reference with a SC-100 (which is a small claims) - I can't imagine that ANY small claims court would serve someone a notices. Also normally being served means someone hands you a piece of paper to tell you you need to goto court. Its not a warrant for arrest so if someone wants to come to my house to tell me I have to goto court...thanks....yeah sounds very fishy the call went to my mothers house where I have been in years....but any simple internet search would suggest I looked there.  I think we will find its some collection agency that bought your debt from someone who bought it from someone....and they are fishing to find you....happy hunting....

I got the same message with my social. I have not called back. It sounded fishy to me.

I experienced the exact same thing today. Did you ever find anything out?

This number just called my boyfriend looking for me (?) They left a voicemail saying they were an attorney and someone had filed a civil complaint against me. They left an unintelligible case number, claimed this was urgent and connected to my social security number and left this number as the return call #. I've tried calling with no answer.
