855-474-8013  Got my mother's account info and cashed a pre-authorized check for $446.91. It sad that people take advantage of the elderly.

855-474-8013 This was a number to call for a refund that was on a check that was cashed on my Mom's account.  She did not authorize anyone to debit her account. The amount was  $443.61.  She had to file a dispute with her bank and is trying to get the money refunded through them. We closed her account and also filed a police report on it, Also put fraud alert with credit bureaus. The people were very rude and said they would send her money back which never happened. She also got a call from someone saying they were from Medicare.

They took the exact same amount from my in laws by making their own checks and submitting through on line.  Bank did the same for them but this is not over!

Called my aunt and convinced her that they were replacing medicare since medicare had gone away.  Took banking and other personal info.  The company processed a check for $443.61 against her account.  So I closed her account, bank reversed the charge as it was fraud, called Medicare and processed a complaint and investigation, put fraud alerts with credit bureaus.
