would like to learn more about this... I spoke to them today and they do sound legit to me... like to learn how specifically they operate to help you... sounded like debt management, lower interest rate which could lower your monthly payment while you have an oppty to roll all of the debt together for a singular payment ; not forgiveness but better operational model perhaps?

These calls are auto marketed, i happen to know because I received one. I am, or was in credit card debt and so I enrolled in their service. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!!! I have saved thousands of dollars and instead of being out of debt in 30 + years I will be out of debt in 4. Their marketing may be strange but I personally am glad I took their call.

Recorded message saying since you are only paying the minimum payment on your cards this is a great opportunity to lower your rates. This is my last courtesy call. Total BS.

I got a call from That same Ashley from a Different Number 425-406-9074 to lower and setup a payment plain on a dead and forgiven account.  she told me to call back on the 855-475-2191 that is just a fly by night collectors company a Bottom feeders to make a living with out getting a real job,  Hope the GOV will make all those so called fly by night collectors go to real school and take a test to get a real license and make them know each state laws on when they are dead. when they start calling for any money make them pay a fine of that amount they are trying to make you pay them times 3

Ashley just called and left me a voicemail about lowering my interest rates. The number she gave was 855-475-2191. The number she called from 360-322-6371, from Marysville, WA.

Today's call was from a 310 area code, Culver City CA, redirecting me to this number. It's amazing how many "last courtesy calls" I have received from "Ashley Martin" over the past year or two. It would be really fantastic if her next call really is her last one but I somehow doubt it.

The Caller ID showed 1-701-929-0161 but "Ashley" gave 855-475-2191.  I have no mortgage and don't use credit cards.

I just got a call from the famous Ashley Martin, claiming she spoke with us last week with regards to lowering interest rates on credit cards (I don't have any), called from 702-520-2335 area code from Las Vegas, said this would be her last courtesy call and to call back at 855-475-2191. These people always find a way to harrass people from various area codes, there has to be something that can be done, reporting them to the do not call, etc.... only makes them go after diff numbers to call from, they are like roaches, they keep coming back.

Received a call about lowering interest rates. I never talked to this person ever, but this Ashley Martin says I did. I have received (4) calls this morning at 607-321-6140.

Same as everyone else, but they called from a North Dakota area code: 701-248-1396. I've received multiple calls from these people before, all from various area codes.

A female voice left a message for me to call the number back.

I'm at work and got a VM from this Ashley Martin person on my work extension.. vm message started with "hey guys.."  so unprofessional!  I almost hung up, but listened to the entire message- thinking maybe it was a customer.. it wasn't.  the vm went on to talk about lowering interest rates... yada yada yada.  Obviously a scam call.  Left call back number of 855-475-2191.  So annoying, these idiots wasting my time while I'm at WORK!

received a call on the cell phone from "Ashley Martin" stating we spoke last week about lowering our interest rates (on a card we don't have!!) and requested I call her back today at number 855-475-2191. Call originated from 541-257-1293.

I received the same call again today after they have called me about a billion times. I called them twice before to remove our number and they said they did. Finally, I called them back today right after "Ashley Martin" called and told the woman who I was connected with that I was tracking every call and this is my last courtesy call to them. Told her to remove this number immediately or we'd be taking legal action. We shall see. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision (FTC).

Just received a call from "Ashley" at 541-257-1293 with the prerecorded message asking me to call her back at 855-475-2191.

Ashley called about my credit card debt. I don't have any, and I certainly didn't talk to her last week abut lowering it!

Phone calls from Ashley Martin are coming from 213-504-5370 as well. Same blabber as the other post. Great fake start to the message almost makes you think maybe she is a real person leaving the message in stead of this prerecorded prattle. It begins with a very enthusiastic "hey guys, Ashely Martin here." Then she continues to say we spoke on the phone about trying to lower interest rates. This conversation never happened of course and I have never called back. The number they called me on is an unlisted business cell for a corporation that absolutely does not release numbers to third parties. I received multiple calls from the 213 number but the call back number the message left is 855-475-2191. The company name is conveniently left out of the message.

Ashely Martin, Interest Rates as mentioned above.  Phone call came from Washington.  Didn't pick up, but she left a message.  This person has way too much time on their hands.  Needs to be caught for harassing folks.

Here's another instance of a call from ashley that never happened... call from 719-776-0247 with the return number listed above, but thanks to this thread I'm ignoring it (not sure if my wife would like me hitting on them ;))

I got them to stop calling me by calling them back and hitting on the people that pick up. It was really funny, they got really mad at me. I kept asking for Ashley because she sounded cute on the phone but they told me she was unavailable. I asked for her address and phone number so I could send her flowers, but they wouldn't tell me it. I figure if you call and troll them, then they will stop calling you. I love winter break.

I also got a voicemail from "Ashley Martin"  stating we talked last week. This never happened!  The originating number is (805) 580-5218 and gave this number (855-475-2191) as the call back. I plan to report both numbers to the FTC and also the originating number on this website.

Second time I got this call from 458-201-0233, didn't pick up, got message from Ashley (which was a recorded message) that we spoke last week about lowering my interest rates and consolidating my credit cards. The number "Ashley" left for me to call back was 855-475-2191. I called that number back, and as soon as I mentioned I got a call from Ashley and she said we spoke last week which we didn't, they disconnected the call! Both times I called after getting this message this has happened. I then decided to call the caller ID number back, the 458 number. I did, and an automated message saying I had reached the "automated opt out service for 458-201-0233". I was told by recorded message that I would have to enter the number that called me, so I was ready to input the number, but then it repeated the 458 number and asked me if this was correct. So I pressed 1 for correct, and then was prompted for my phone number. I entered it and that was the end of the call. After I hung up, I thought I should do the same thing with registering the 855 number that "Ashley" left as a call back number and I did actually get a person on the other line. I called the 458 number back, and when prompted if the 458 number was the one I wanted to register for Do Not Call, I was ready to be prompted for what to press for it not being the number and then I would manually input the 855 number ... nice plan ... HOWEVER ... there was no prompt to allow me to input another number. It said if it wasn't the 458 number than I was to hang up and check the number that called me. Sooooooo ... I seriously doubt my "registering" the 458 number even did anything. The whole thing is a scam and is around and around circle you can't get out of. These people need to be stopped. What a major nusance and fraud!

Boy, Ashley sure moves around ! Going by the other reports and my call, Ashley phones from: Eugene,Portland, and Corvallis Oregon; and now seems to have moved to Seattle and Everett Washington. FTC must be hot on her trail!

They just called - same spiel as a number of different junk callers ...  we had spoken last week, they were calling back, they had found a program to cut my payment in half, great opportunity for me since I'm only making the minimum monthly payments, their last courtesy call, blah, blah, blah.

Never talked to them, don't have any debt, etc.
