i got the same email for a house in michigan. i think it is a scam since no contact info beside the number are listed.
but instead of speculating, why can't someone call the number back and let us know how it goes. i just don't like to call unknown numbers from my phone because these scams are after finding out your number once you call and selling it!

I received the same message in response to a real estate ad in the Dallas Craigslist. I responded that since they didn't provide a business name, a representative name or any other legitimate information, that it was obvious it was a scam. Also informed them that I had googled the number and found they doe this quite a bit.

Same message received from this number in regards to a property I am selling on Dallas, Tx area Craigslist. Most likely a scam....

I had almost the same exact message. Here is the one i got:
"I am a managing member at a regional real estate firm that purchases investment properties for our portfolio of assets. We pay cash for all purchases and are very flexible when it comes to condition, age and size of the property. Before proceeding, my team needs to analyze the details of your property.
Submit the details by calling our office so we can start the process: 855-479-8537"

Me too. Not sure, what was your's in response to. Mine was for a house I have listed for sale, here is their response:
"I am a representative with a local real estate investment firm that purchases properties as long term assets. We buy houses in any condition and pay cash through our internal financing. I saw your craigslist post and feel your property is fit for our company.
In order to move forward, please call our office so we can calculate a fair market value and make an offer: (855) 479-8537

Got a craig's list response email asking me to call this number. Anyone know if its legit or a scam?
