I answered this call and he had a strong accent and was hard to understand, but he said he was calling from the US Treasury Office and wondered if I had ever had any surgery done. I asked where he got my number and he said from the US Treasury Office. I told him I couldn't talk right then. When he asked what would be a better time I said not till next week. That was almost a week ago and I have not heard back from him. I'm marking this number 'Do Not Answer' in case he does call back.

They have also call me but do not leave a message.

I got a call from this number twice yesterday and didn't pick up. They did not leave a message. Caller Id said Kingsville, TX.

Just picked up a call from this number (Kingsville, TX) - with the intention of putting a stop to these calls.  The person who answered with a British accent said he was calling from the US Healthcare.  When I asked him to please take me off the calling list, he said he couldn't and hung up on me.

They also called me once yesterday and once today leaving no message.  I refuse to answer a call if I don't recognize the number.  It was listed as from Kingsville, TX.  I don't know anyone there.

This number called me twice yesterday, but both times did not leave a message.
