The DNC List is just a list. It doesn't provide any immunity or protection against unwanted callers. It is just a list of people who don't want to be called by telemarketers for the sale of goods and services. Not scammers or those exempt from the Registry, but Actual, Registered with the FTC, legally operating Telemarketers.

I got a call from the same number as Shane, same results, except when I tried to call back on my cell, error message came up " Network Busy ".
