THEY CALLED ME TODAY AND TOLD ME I OWE $2000. WHEN I ASKED HIM WHEN, WHAT AND HOW AND HE SAID I HAD AN UNPAID CREDIT CARD OF $2000 FROM 2007. I ASKED HIM FOR THE ADDRESS AND HE GAVE ME 135 SOUTH STATE COLLEGE BLVE BREA, CA...I DID THAT GOOGLE SEARCH AND FIND OUT THIS WAS A PLUMER COMPANY. I EVEN CALLED THIS PLUMER COMPANY TO VERIFY...
SO DONT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THIS 855 480 7871 THE GUY NAME HARDY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

They called today and wanted to discuss the 'court order' against us. Of course there is none. When questioned several times they finally said that it was for a battery for a professional camera, that my husband supposedly purchased in...2004. Never happened. They try to be very intimidating.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

I keep getting a call from Mr. John Hardy or Harding at this number asking for my girlfriend and that she will be picked up and taken to jail for a loan that she never got.

These people keep calling my father and saying I am being taken to court or am to be in court this week or face jail for some debit but does not leave any information.  When I trying calling you get run around and no information.  They do not advise who they are and what this so call debit is from.  They need to stop calling my father as I do not live there and it is not his responsiblity for anything with me.

This is a law firm for Immigration! This is not their address!! If you receive the call file a complaint with your District Attorney, they are representing theirselves as lawyers and that is a felony as well as providing fraud information. This is a scam do not give them your money!!!

I had gotten a call from 18554807871, he never told me his name and he was sort of grouchy, He had all my information Ss#, my correct address, my cell phone  number, my full name. This is a scam no doubt for sure. Who ever you are, SHAME ON YOU

They keep threating me with county clerks office and law suit

I am getting threating calls from this number. Called my place of employment and threatned the young lady who answered the telephone then asked for my supervisor.

It is a scammer. Western Portfolio. They are asking for payment on a non-existent loan before they file a claim. Make sure to have your telephone provider trace the call then file a complaint.

Left message on my cell phone for some Dan. Stated that if he didn't call them  back they would be filing a complaint.

I keep getting calls from different numbers for julian salazar.  This is the latest one.  Don't know him.  I am not him.  Nothing has changed for the last year or so they have been trying to find him through me.  

Keeps calling my inlaw number for me. Not sure how they got my inlaws number. Who are they?
