I have had 2 messages from Sophia but that I needed to call Attorney Glen Fitzgerald at 844-399-9869. I called but he was on the phone. I am a paralegal in collections so they are really messing with the wrong person.

Same thing happened to me today. Received a call this morning from officer Mcallister with tarrant county Sherriff office badge 279. Told I had felony warrant and picking he up at 2:00 today. I contacted tarrant county and he is not employed there and no warrant. They are a collection agency. Acting like an officer which is illegal.

All these fly-by-night  and hole-in-the-wall loan companies buy and sell information shamelessly.  Same as to these illegal debt collectors.   They are annoying a lot of people by contacting relatives and telling lies about being law enforcement officers and threatening arrests over civil debt.  One of these days someone like Dale Matthews is going to go to far and there will be a serious tragedy.  I just know it.  But they never stop.  Dale Matthews is probably not his/her real name.  No one knows where he/she's little cabal of scammers is physically located.

so I get this call and they left a detailed complaint for my sister on my voicemail,lol.. I knew it was a scam right off the bat, I mean the law doesn't work that way, they are not going to call and leave all them details about a criminal complaint on a voicemail, smh... what irritates me the most (besides them being scumbags) is that they called out my sisters full name, but had my phone number, she has never lived here, only thing she's done is used me as a reference before, so my question is who/what companies are apparently letting other companies get phone numbers?? ugh...

I also received these calls. He was very rude to me so i just hung up. A while later i received the call from officer Mcallister. I knew right away that this had to be a scam but it still freaked me out. But this is were my story is different from all of yours. An hour later i just happened to look out of my window and what did i see?? A COP CAR WITH HIS LIGHTS FLASHING!! i was weak in the knees and scared to death. That was when i finally realized it had pulled over a little red pickup right in front of my house! I went and checked everything and there was nothing against me. i went to the police. i was told not to worry and i haven't had another call since.

The very same thing happened to me, the local sheriffs dept. # showed up and a man who claims to be officer mcallister was gonna issue an arrest warrent if I did'nt pay up in 90 min.

I've been receiving calls like this for the past 6 months. Every message they're saying that they're filing criminal charges on me if I don't call back to resolve the situation. Every number that they tell me to call I look up and find that they are all scams of some kind. I just don't understand how they get people's numbers

It's a scam.  Ignore 'em.

Earlier today my girl called called me crying saying that some a** whole dale mathews called saying that she needed to pay our she would go to jail an she didnt pay n 90 min there would be a warrant for her arrest an a fake deputy called her to saying that he was going to take her in to jail if she didn't pay. he didn't want to release proof of who he was.then the fake lawyer dale mathews was bieng desrespecfull saying that she was caught on camera making fake check transactions.all of it was a lie.so I called the sherifs department the see if a real deputy really called and if there was a warrant for her arrest an the dispacher said no that there's been repports of those kind of scams.an she had a real sherif officer call an tolled us there was no warrant for her arrest.and when I called that a***hole  to get info about who he is and about his office an he hangs up on me so I keeped calling but he was ignoring me.to let people know don't buy into his BS. P.S Dale if you get to read this next time you call I'll have your info where your calling from and get your a** if you don't believe me try it

just got off the phone with this scam dale Matthews he is very rude and disrespectful.. I had to cuss him out for talking to me like I was one of is kids... he had gotten mad when I ask him for the company phone number that was suing me! first of all I do not owe anyone anything! for him to get upset like that just showed me he was a fake and a liar! I looked my own name up in the police system and no warrant was there like he said it would be!.. so dale you if you see this I told you, you had messed with the right one!  now up yours!

They called back today and said they were serving me papers. So I asked for what? Would not give me any info just told me it could all go away if I call dale Matthews with a claim number. Any legit "lawyer" would not work this way. It's a debt collector. Most likely an agency that bought an old acct. I am not aware of my husband having any debt. All credit cards etc are paid off.  Lowlife scammers

Got a call from Sofia saying she was a personal locator she gave me a claim number and said I need to call dale mathews or I would be arrested pretty sure it's a scam.
Cause when I called dale got his voicemail and it sounded like sofia

Same thing here, but somehow they got the number to come up as the local sheriff's office, and said they were officer Mccallister and I had 90 minutes to call Dale Matthews otherwise I was getting arrested tomorrow. So I called Dale and said it's funny because the sheriff's office said that dept was closed and they didn't know an officer Mccallister, and once I said that, Dale hung up on me. So I called back, and he said don't you have a life .... off and hung up. So now I'm going to investigate with the sheriff's department on them instead.

Received a phone call from 855-480 8606. When I returned the call the lady answered "dale Matthews" so I said I did not know anyone by that name. So she said "what is your claim number?" I did not have one. So I asked "who or what is dale Mathews?" And she hung up. Sounds fishy to me.
