Got this call today claiming check fraud. Funny thing is, I only have 1 checking account and I'm in good standing with my bank... F-Ing scammers!!

I got the call. Trying to tell me I'm in trouble for check fraud. Funny, I haven't written any bad checks. I'm pretty sure lying and making these kind of threats to obtain information is illegal. Pretty sure its cash call. Since I haven't been able to make payments after getting in a car wreck and not being able to work. But they don't care. Just want you to pull money out of no where.

Yeah I got one today also, and called a few friends...threatening that charges are being filed imminently unless I call the 800 number...try to sound like they are from the court...another scare tactic debt collector.

Some type of process server also harassed family and friends was obnoxious and rude when I asked what it was about
