they calling my friend ,, looking for me for check fraud the number calling is 8557395996

These people have called me twice on my home phone leaving a message about some charges being filed in Shelby County, TN for some guy named Maurice with the same last name as mine. I don't know who Maurice is, and I'd love to know how they got my number since it's unlisted. I used to work in collections, so I know all this fake info they're leaving is illegal. If they are trying to reach someone about a debt, they are just supposed to leave the name of the person they're calling for and a number where they can be reached. All that mess about being investigators, being rude and nasty (which they were to me the first time), just shows it's pure BS.

I gotta call today from the same company but the number was 855-374-9413, and some scammer names Sarah said that I am in trouble with the law and I have to spear at the court tomorrow by 2:00 pm unless I paid 300 dollars for a loan I took. I did call back to find out what's going, I was surprised she knows all my info.
I knew it was a scam because she refuse to take a money order and to give an address.

They called me today (and again and again over the past few months) saying I owed money on a pay day loan that I never even authorized or hand funds go into my back account. It's a scam. You apply for a pay day load online, and one of the companies has gotten your personal information. They'll repeat stuff back to you like your address and employment information with the goal of scaring you. Do not be afraid of them! They use a group of different numbers all over the country, and they never have their story straight. Here's the thing - a legitimate collection company must keep records of debt. So, simply ask for a record of the debt and when they say no then call their bluff. If they can't produce anything in writing that shows you owed money, then they can't file anything in court either...

called threatening. its fraud they are not going to arrest you.If they try yelling at you ,just hang up. These people try to get crazy with you. They will also try to find family members to contact to scare you first.

I was called today.  The person calling asked to be connected with the person at the company who handles case matters.  She had papers to file against an employee.  My boss then told me about the message left for her from this person about me!!  I called.  It was a collection agency.  The woman (not a lady) said that I owed over $1000 to two companies.  I have a letter saying I paid one of the companies last year.  I had never heard of the other company before.  I refused to give her any additional personal information.  MY, GOD!! She had my name, address, phone number at work, and my social security number!!!!!  How does that happen!!!  My bad judgement using any pay day loan company.  NEVER AGAIN!!!!  I asked for something in writing.  She said I already knew what this was about.  She kept badgering me about paying.  I quietly told her to send something in writing.  She said she would see me in court.  The local police said they do NOT arrest people for not paying these places.  I hung up.

Contact your local attorney general. You can file a complaint on your state's attorney general website but if your job is at stake, I would call them instead. Also contact the FTC via their website, www.ftc.gov and file a complaint with them. And if you happen to have spare time, why not report them to the BBB as well. It won't hurt you any to file as many complaints against them as possible! Good luck with your job and best wishes for a speedy recovery!

Just recieved a call from Stacy McNealy at 10am at my place of employment. She said I was wanted for check fraud and theft. She asked me if I wished to resolve this matter and I told her no and that she can take me to court. End of conversation. I refuse to play games with these people anymore. Take me to court and provide that I owe the debt is the only way I will pay anything to these vulchers.

these people called my job told my manager i was being investigated for check fraud i got fired in the process of trying to get my job back just had open heart surgery need my job and insurance how do i file on these people they threatened my manager which is why i was fired her name was cathy baker

STACY MCNEALIE OR STACEY MCNEALY called from Capital Recovery--they are a complete scam with a phone court number and telephone 855-489-1483.  The point is Ms. McNealy, a legitimate collection agency would send a letter, since you have so much information, to the person and that is their right bylaw to demand and get a letter.  threatening calls on teh phone do nothing but get you listed as the big fraud you are online.  I hope you see this.  Anybody can get a name with relatives names off the internet, but a real creditor would send the person a letter since they have sooooo much correct info.  And then the letter could be validated by the person you sent it to.  But you don't want a paper trail because you are a COMPLETE FRAUDULENT LIE.

I got this same call! They left a voicemail on my mother's phone for me saying something about check fraud and reporting me to the courts. I was shocked bc I didn't think they could leave that kind of information on a voicemail. Regina Brown was the name of the person that called. She said to call back at 855-525-6265 ext162. Such a scam!!

What happens they start with one  company and when you get on to them and beat them at their own game they move to a new company this is the second company for me they use the same tactics and it is illegal I have hired an attorney and this company is in violation of the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION ACT. when you threaten them back they get very nasty and hang up on you. I tried to call this number back from a land line phone and it tells me it is not a valid number but when I call from my cell it goes through. SCAM SCAM SCAM no doubt about it.

I also got the same calls threatening me with fraud charges and when you call them back they are rude and tell you they are not going to do your leg work I just told the witch calling me to contact my attorney and stop calling me at work she would not give me a address to sent a letter to they are in violation of the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION ACT 15 U.S.C., section 1692 but the numberwas 855-516-3285 and the witches name was Devan Bainerat ext 106I just told they one more harassing phone call at work I would file charges against them. they don't care that what they are doing is illegal because no one has ever done anything to them and they just keep getting away with it it is against the law to protray your self as a officer of the law or of the courts if you are infact not one.

Got a call from an "investigator" about a pending legal matter from 855-489-1483 (x1006).  Her name was LINDA MATTHEWS.  She gave me a court docket number.  Called the courthouse and there is no such case.  They didn't even have the format or the correct amount of numbers and letters to be a real case.  If you are gonna scam, at least do your homework.  What a SORRY excuse for a scam!

They callled threating me with  maricoppa county sherrifs to get me for a court case AGM 201 and  left  had to call Investigater  leftname and Phone #8554891483. must call me today.  
i called and the answering guy investigator  not give me info with out all my information.. soi hung up

This the second time I get a called from this number. They called me at work and wanted to speak with me concering a document I have to sign. They said it was Capital Solutions and a investigator was calling. I am reporting this number to 855-489-1483.

Company is Capital Solutions Agency LLC   They are a fraud - called with an address that I had before I even knew about PayDay Loans.  I am reporting them.

just got a call from this number saying I was involved in a court case, gave docket number and instructions to call back. Wanted to know my info and didn't have my name spelled correctly..it is some kind of scam for sure

Received a threatening voice mail message on, April 9, 2012, regarding false charges of check fraud, upon returning the phone call to 855-489-1483 I was asked to provide personal information before they would release the reason for their call and was told that legal papers were being filed against me.

I just got a call from this number today. They were looking for my sister. Said they were with the courts and had a law suit against them. Even provided a court number. I didn't think they could do this, it sounds like a scam.
