I noticed on my bank statement I had a 600.00 deposit from silver cloud who is this I don`t know silver cloud and I did not agree on a loan .at the end of the week they deposited it they took 210.00 out of my account for payment. I need help to take care of this problem this is fraud

Going through this now.  They deposited the funds on the same day as my direct deposit and I never paid attention that there were extra funds since I am eligible for overtime since I had worked some.   Thanks for this info as I am distributing this debt and need as much ammo as possible.

Glad you took the initiative and had your bank send the money back.  You may also want to close your account and open a new one, so they don't try any other funny business.  Please do also file complaints with the FTC and your state's Attorney General.

I noticed this morning that $800 was deposited in my account.  It showed Silver Cloud Finanacial.  About 2 weeks ago I did apply and get a loan through another payday service lender.  I NEVER applied for a loan from Silver Cloud aka USA Money Shop, especially $800.  Luckily, several people had posted complaints so I knew I had better take this seriously.  I called Silver Cloud and told them I wanted that amount withdrawed from my account.  She asked for my ss#.  I said absolutely not.  Then she asked for me email address so I gave her that.  She was able to look me up.  She did not dispute the fact that I never signed any agreements with them.  Then she told me that they would withdraw the money from my account in the morning.  Afterwards, I notice posts where people stated they said they would withdraw the funds, but they did not withdraw the entire amt- then expecting them to pay on the loan.  I then called my bank told them what happened and THEY sent the funds back.  Just a bunch of scammers taking avantage of individuals that are having a hard enough time making ends meat.  Check out the complaints on the BBB.

This lady Kelly called my job stating that I owed money which I don't and threatened to have a wage assigned against me if I didn't pay. They also go under the name USA money shop they have been attempting to debit my bank account with checks supposedly written by me. I have since had my bank account closed and informed my employer of this fraudulent attempt to collect a debt. Not to mention this Kelly lady was as rude as they come. Also I informed her never to contact my place of employment again

What was the outcome of this? I am in EXACTLY the same situation with exactly the same background story. I applied for a loan I never completed and then from an entirely different company (this Silver Cloud) I received cash without completing any agreement.

This is Silver Cloud Financial.  They deposited funds into my checking account without a contract or agreement from me and are now calling saying my payment is past due.  I told them I do not have a loan with them and she wanted to speak to my HR Department (She called my place of work.)  I guess she thinks she is going to garnish my wages but that can not be done without them taking me to court and winning a judgement against me.

This company preys on people who apply for loans through other websites.  I did apply elsewhere in the past but when I saw the interest rate on the small loans I did not consent to any of them.  Because my banking information was out there - Silver Cloud Financial used it without my knowledge or permission.  I consider the funds deposited to my account a gift and they can not prove otherwise.  

The e-mail address I used when applying for online loans got so full of junk mail I closed that address and do not have access to any messages so I don't know how to get in touch with Silver Cloud Financial.  Thankfully they called again today and left a number.  I will now call back and find out where they are located, how they got my information and file complaints against them, and the site that provided my info, with both the Attorney General and the State Banking Commission.  As far as I'm concerned they are committing fraud and trying to bully me into paying on a loan I did not agree to.

I will send them a thank you card for the cash gift.
