i received a call and had some dude show up.... i did not anser the door when he rang. he left and did not leave any package. When he left i could tell he was pissed and was swearing..... screw them!

Just for fun I called again and the same guy who is sometimes Tom, sometimes Dominic or Michael answers. I asked for Susan again (because someone named Susan picked up the phone earlier!!) and says "one moment", comes back and tells me right away if I got a call or signed for papers today. I told him I only want to discuss my case with Susan. So he didn't know what to say, told me they don't make calls out of this office so he doesn't know who it was.

So I tell him she picked up the phone just a little while ago!!!!

He tells me, I'm sorry miss, if you signed for papers today I'm not allowed to talk with you. I told him I didn't sign for any papers because no papers ever came, but I need to talk to Susan about my case because she left me 20 messages to call back to make arrangements. And earlier Mr. Malone forgot his name!!!

He hung up!!!

Been getting voicemails for a few days with a message saying the same as above. I called back with *67 to block my number and I always get a different name on the phone. I ask for whoever left the message Tom, Susan, Michael, Dominic and they never know who that is. If Susan picks up and I ask for Tom, she doesn't know. Call right back, Tom picks up, doesn't know who Susan is!
I called again right now and the guy who picked up goess "Yeah this is eeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhh (long pause) Mr. Malone" I laughed!!! Asked for their business number and he only kept asking me if I received a call from there, so I hung up. I called 1 hour ago and it was Dominic, my boyfriend called 2 minutes before and it was Susan, but I asked Dominic for Susan and he said he didn't know who that was.
Lame!!!!!

I received a call from these people today - the number that the called in on was 631-706-4047.  It was a guy named Jack requesting a return call to discuss the delivery of documents as per requirement by the state and delivery was scheduled for no later than the end of the day Friday (5/23/14) unless they heard from me to schedule otherwise.  However, the return call wasn't to go to him but to 855-502-2860 and he gave me a claim number to go with it.  I love how they end their calls with "YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED."  What a bunch of crap!  After reading this trail, I won't be returning ANY kind of call!

815-502-2860 keeps calling me. The number appears as restricted, but that's the callback number given in the voicemail. They refuse to tell me what company they're affiliated with. They tell me I'm scheduled to receive a delivery, they even give me a file number, but don't even tell me what's being sent. I know for a fact that I haven't ordered anything. My attorney has advised me that this is most likely some kind of scam to obtain personal information such as your address & so forth. I thought I'd post about this with the hope that no one else will fall for this. IT IS A SCAM!

These people called multiple times in a row. They claim they have a package to be sent to whomever they are calling for and said package needs to be signed by the specified person. They even give you a "tracking" number. Don't fall for it. Always do your research on places like this. They would not give any information on who they really were and kept asking who I was and how I'm related to who they're looking for. Even asked if said person was in a shelter. Definitely not a way to get a person to pay on their debts! Good luck people!!

These people are brain dead. I have talked to a Elizabeth, Don, Domick. William all cannot give to me what I ask for. They refuse to give me address phone # to have my attorney talk to them. They are rude, yell at me call me up to 9 times a day. Threatin me..lol. Listen people they use a lot of phone numbers don't let them fool you. GOOLE BE SMART!!! If they do NOT provide you with the information you request they are vilolating the Fair Debt Collection Act!!!!...It is very hard to put these people out of their misery unless you have gave them money, and then still good luck. If they are a third party for a debt collection agency they still need to provide the information you ask for. If they do not, hey let them call they will move on to another. They are STUPID, NIEVE and NEED to find a ligit job. But on a another note if they enjoy people screaming at them like they do and hand hung. its do unto others as others do unto you tillthey get the message to stop HARRASSING!!! REMEMBER...NO COLLECTION AGENCY WILL WARN YOU THAT THEY ARE COMING AFTER YOU, THEY JUST SHOW UP AND IT IS ONLY A LICENSED AGENCY THAT CAN.
