I never give out my cell number.  I never ordered a subscription to Fashion Your Flare or communicate e K inc. to be added to my cell phone bill.
These people need to be stopped.

We received two charges on our phone bill for 9.99.  I called the company at 855-505-1055 and they said they would not give me a refund. I insisted on talking to a supervisor and eventually they said they would refund me the last charges that will be on my next bill but not the charges on my current bill. We have two charges of 9.99 for a total of 19.98 that they refuse to refund. I can only assume they will send me the other two charges for my next bill.

Didn't want it or ask for it.  All messages have referenced a 46965 code.

This is a number related to consolelegends.com and popularproducts.com that basically scams people like this:

You go online to a website. Suddenly a pop-up ad appears. The pop-up asks you to participate in a short 30 second survey to receive a prize. You agree and answer a few random questions. Next you are asked which prize you would like to receive (e.g., iphone, ipad, laptop, etc.). Once you select your prize you are asked to enter your email address and cell phone number and told that you will be receiving a text message in the next few minutes that will give you a pin number. You get the text message and enter the pin number in the box online and...
Voila! You're the proud new member of some bull$h*t text message subscription service that sends you messages like this:

"Canceling her US tour, will Adele return to the stage by 12/15? Text 'aalw1' for Yes, 'aalw2' for No."

And this extremely important and informative bit of info only costs you $9.99 per month that will be added to your cell phone bill. It could possibly cost you even more if you received more than one pin number on your cell phone that you entered online. Each pin number entered online is another one of these subscriptions that you will be charged for through your cell phone carrier.

I'm 29 years old and know better than to participate in this kind of garbage, but just wanted to see how long it took for me to be asked to enter some really personal info. Like an idiot, I figured it was no big deal to give an old email address I don't use anymore and my real cell phone number. I have an iphone, so when I got the text message with the pin number I just looked at the abbreviated message that pops up when your keys are locked. If I would have seen the rest of the message that mentions monthly charges, I never would have continued.

If you've already accepted a subscription to this service, call your cell phone carrier and ask them to block any charges from the company and any charges from similar companies. Most cell phone carriers will refund your money. If you call really soon, they may be able to block charges before the first one ever hits your account. I wouldn't call the number in the text message to cancel your subscription, because I've read from other users on 800notes that they will ask you to fax your cell phone bill to them so they can verify your account was actually charged (which seems like a horrible idea given their deceptive tactics that got you here in the first place).

And in the future, just remember...nothing is free!
