This number called me today and threatened to have me served with papers. They called regarding a legitimate debt but refused to send me any correspondence to prove who they are and who they are representing. The scare tactics on this are ridiculous. This is a 5 year old debt that I haven't received anything on in over 3 years. I call scam. I think I will wait to see if I'm "served".

Now whoever it is, is using a false number (806) 395-2118 and I answered once because I didn't know who it was. I hung up on her. She called back and left a voicmail saying "this is jena price" and threatening me saying this is my one and only final notice. That she has a physical address to where I'm at and she would be seeing me. The nerve of some people! I have done phone searches for both numbers and haven't come up with anything.

855 5053179 has called work and family members trying locate me. They would not give my wife any onformation. We have no idea wha this is regarding. Said they have a package they need to deliver?

Because they are bold faced liars and know that some people will believe them. Anytime some dimwit says "consider yourself served", it destroys any credibility that they may have had to start with. Hang up on them after telling them where to put it.

Keep calling and calling. If you have anything on your creidt that's close to the 7 year fall off date. They will call you none stop trying to get you to pay before to falls off your creidt.

have been getting call from this number and saying I have charges against me and "I am in trouble", keep harassing me. all I can get is their name is Comprehensive and is a collection agency for multiple accounts. also getting call from 806-395-2118 stating the person she was looking for and I informed her she was not speaking with that person multiple times. at the the end of conversation she stated well considered that person served. how can you serve someone over the phone and especially if they aren't speaking to that person?
