LOL kelly larocca is on linkedin as an independant legal services rep in New York....about 1000miles from me. She call's my work constantly....I wonder is she would like it if I were to get her information of the web (ie via spokeo) and start calling her constantly.

And btw if you read this "Kelly"....go ahead and sue me....see how that works out for you. Did you know that each of those times you called my work, I had you on speaker phone with witnesses to the fact that I told you not to call? Did you know that I can't sue you for $1000.00 for each instance you called after I told you to stop?

I keep getting calls AT WORK from this lady "Kelly" and on my cell from a private number. She then gives me this 855-505-5187 to call and she tells me she works for a legal carrier in my county.

I politely informed her of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and that she is not to call me at work again. I reported the number to the FTC and am considering reporting it to the Attorney General.

She also told me (on Wed) I would be "served" some "legal documents" on Thursday. I informed her that if these were not real Court issued summons/subpoena, that I'm not interested in her documents.

Will let you guys know if she shows up....lol.

Whats funny is that she said that the pack was "sealed" and she had no information on the company....but then gives me a 855 number to call and a "claim" number.

What "legal" documents have no name, address, etc....just a phone number....LMAO!

I had a young lady call the house twice.. I am more than positive it was a kelly.. SHe gave me this number and I never bothered to call ... 4 days later I recieved a court summons.

I keep getting a call from this number she claims that she is going to serve me papers and that she would like to talk to me first......the call comes from a private number but the number she gives me is 855-505-5187 along with a case number.  Her name is Kelly Larocca....now this must be a collections company because people dont constantly warn you about you being served......and why would the call come from a private number.
