this is a scam. there is no summons. I worked for a place like this. theyre relentless, and will not stop calling. they will call ALL of your family to scare them, and to make them tell you to call and fix the issue. do not call them. tell them that you just filed bankruptcy, and shove the debt up their a$$es!

I received a call from a lady named Janice who told me I was being summonsed to court in the county I live in. She gave me a number to call to stop the summons. When I called the number I was directed to a company that called itself Amway services. Spoke to a gentleman named Ben, from the "legal office", told me I was being sued for a Pay Day loan for $430. He told me if I could guarantee to pay them by tomorrow afternoon by securing a card they could charge, they would stop the legal proceedings and settle out of court. Thought this to be very strange that a third party caller would call and tell me I'm eing summonsed then give an 800 number to call to speak to a supposed "lawyer" who was wiling to settle out of court on this.   Any thoughts from people.
