I posted about a week ago with a number who'd been trying to reach me about a debt I had, I made plans to pay the debt with them this week. I just called the number i reached them at last week, and now it says "the wireless customer you're trying to call is not reachable." I'm glad I didn't give them my actual bank debit card number, just a walmart prepaid card. Sounds like one big scam to me!

This number 855-531-3760 called my grandmother telling her there were 2 cases of fraud against me and there was a court summons for me, in the county I used to live in. Naturally at first I was freaking out because I have never committed any kind of fraud... anyway I had my suspicions.. as far as i knew people didn't call to tell you about a court summons, you get it from a court clerk or police officer. So I looked up the number... glad to see what the company is really about. Thanks everyone for sharing your stories.

It's amazing how this company  has called the people above stating the same thing Mrs. Allison Scott ( as she calls herself) stated to me.  I also reported them yesterday as well.  I called them this morning to let Mr. Snipes know he can call me at the number I left but never at my job.  These people are very harrassing  and whoever receives a call from them should report them right away.  This is illegal to harass someone on her job

Debt collector trying to use scare tactics. Keep track of when they call and save any threatening or harassing messages.  They break several federal laws proctecting consumers in their attempts to collect on old zombie debts (yes that is a real term)

a woman named Rebecca Tillman called my HR department and said that she was doing an investigation on me and left her number and a refrence number. When I called back, it was USC.

Also received a voice mail from Allison Scott.  Allison blocked her number but she left a 855 531 3760 number.  Said she is going to serve papers on a complaint filed against me.  Would like me to clear it up before she comes to my place of employment to serve me papers.  RPA used this same tactic with me before and I cleared it up, but they called people from my work and left messages at their houses for me. People I did not associate with or anything.  I know for a fact that is a violation of the credit collection laws of the state of texas.  I called these people to find out who they are calling for.   When I called back it was USC.

I recd a vm from an unknown number. women states she is alice scott and that before she files a order service of process that she will give me an opportunity to clear the matter up with the plaintiff and leaves this number and a reference number. sounds like a debt collector
