I also received a message from 855-535-3546 with a file number. He was rude and had an accent. I called the number back and he wouldn't say who it was or the name of the business, he put me on hold to the file number extension and it stated that there was no such number and hung up. He said on the phone message he left that I was going to be served legal documents. I have no idea what this about or how they got my name or number?

Just got the same phone call an unidentified number. When I asked who it was, the lady said her name was Dina Herrera and I can call the number 855-535-3546 regarding some legal documents that they have been trying to mail to me. She had an old address of mine as well. She wouldn't give me her own number stating that she's calling from a personal line.

I got the same message and it must be a big scam. Message says the same thing about some court documents being filed. I have no idea what this scammer is talking about....

Received a call for some other person and about mailing some court documents to an old address of mine. Wanting a call back , and if did not get an call r
They were going to file these documents which they did not say what kind of documents. I certainly have no idea what or how they would call my number and have my old address of some years back.
