Right, you just make empty threats about warrants when you call your victims. There's a name for that: EXTORTION. That's what your :"department" does, apparently. Does your mom know your a criminal, or did you tell her you had a warrant for her too?

It was never stated that there was a warrant for your arrest. We do not process warrants in this department, you were contacted because you fraudulently wrote a bad check that you did not pay. We have nothing to to with the warrant process IT IS OUR JOB TO CONTACT YOU BEFORE THE COURTS TAKE ACTIONS. Please report the correct information if you are going to file a complaint.

Rec'd a voice mail saying they were calling about a court issue. I stupidly called back and talked to Olivia. No court issue- they said I had a loan overdue from 5 yrs ago and needed to pay it. Needless to say, this was bogus.

Kitchen manager from my job was called multiple times by this number with the same message all of the above received. "If you call this number they will issue some sort of 'release' that will keep you from getting a court summons"....and then they told her to fax the documents back to the caller, Chris Allen, without leaving a fax number. Very annoying!

So some ghetto queen named Shari, or Sherrie Hollander, calls and identifies her company as Ar-bit-tay-chun..first off, if it was legit, why not give the name of the company. 2nd, after she was told we are not allowed personal calls, she stated that the person she was calling gave her the information to call which is also false. Then kept saying over and over in a quite ghetto fashion, that the employee gave her the information so why can she not get placed through? Obviously, she has speech and comprehension issues..way to go Are-bite-tay-chun for hiring that one..i am sure she resolves a lot for you.

my mom recieved a call saying I had a warrant out for my arrest and i needed to call someone named Nadia Love But she has no offical voice mail and called the county no warrant. I have tried to look up company on the web there is no offical info out there. I have a fraud case it looks like I might have to add them to the list.

Received a call from some woman named Sandra Williams looking for my brother. As previous posters mentioned, she also gave a case number and mentioned an "official service of process that may be issued before [my] county" because there is a "pending legal action suit" against him. She left this phone number as her direct line (yeah right) and asked me to contact her. She did not leave a company name. I of course knew this was B.S. but it's nice to have further validation from others here.

I had received a call from this same phone number talking about a summons and a case number. Little did they know, I have over 20 years experience in litigation, and I knew it was a bull s*** debt collector thinking that they can intimidate me. The case number they gave me was to some BS file that doesn't exist. All court docket case numbers start with the district or criminal court number to the court first, and then the case number behind hit, which are normally up to about 10 numbers in length, and not some BS number that is only 4 to 5 numbers in length. The debt collectors need to get their facts straight, when they talk about a civil complaint that only ends with 4 to 5 numbers, and without the civil or criminal court number in front of the case number.

This number called my employer, asking for me, in order to send me a court summons regarding a pay day loan that I never took out. When I called back I was told that there was no record of me in their system.
