One of many toll free #s wells fargo uses to spam its mortgage customers with to sell them insurance. You can call the number back and do the automated ask off, but you'll be added to the next promotion they do. I've asked off their insurance promotions numerous times.

to opt out of receiving telemarketing calls.  All business that you have a relationship with are required to give you that option.  But you have to do it directly with Wells Fargo or the business - not the telemarkters themselves, as they received the info they have from the business.

I have been receiving several  calls from this number.  Most often, we are not home when they call, but they do not leave a message, which is very annoying.  Last week I answered since I was home and they said they were from Wells Fargo.  I said we weren't interested and I asked that they do not call again.  This week I have received several calls from them again.  I redialed the number and there was a recording saying they were Wells Fargo with a special promotion.  There was an option (press 1) if we wanted to be removed from their promotion list.....I pressed 1.  We'll see if they call back...

Why do they call everyday?

Have had repeated calls from this number lately.  We don't answer and they leave no message.

Got a call from this number saying on July 07,9:AM they are Wells Fargo agency trying to sell us an insurance package, asked info such as date of birth and county of domicile. Watch out!!
