THIS NUMBER CALLED MY PHONE, PRIVATE AT THAT!! THEN LEFT A VOICE MAIL ABOUT SOME PAPERS BEING SERVED I LOOKED IT UP AND IT COULD BE FOUND THEN I CALLED THE NUMBER AND IT SAID, CANNOT RECIEVE INCOMING CALLS AT THIS NUMBER WHAT KIND OF MESS IS THIS???

This place is a complete scam...I found their information......its the northeastern group/ADR GROUP.....TOTAL CHOP SHOP..THE OWNER IS RICHARD BRIMM  CELL: 716-200-9869, HE GOES BY THE ALIAS OF: CHUCK SCHULER...THEIR OTHER NUMBER IS 855-229-7420 ***ADDR IS 55 PINEVIEW, AMHERST NY 14228 *********** THEY SAID THEY HAD A SUMMONS FOR ME BUT ONE OF THEIR COLLECTORS DIDNT BLOCK THEIR NUMBER...IDIOTS!

I recieved the same call this morning but the lady would not tell me her name or anything other then she was to serve me with some papers and that I needed to call the 855-541-4868 number and that she will put an hour hold on it till they notify them. She asked me for my address and I said I will not give it to you and she said it' s okay we have it as... and she listed an address and hung up. I looked this up and found their number here. I filed a complaint with the FTC. I don't owe anything either. It's ashamed what these people will do these day. They need to get a life. All of them.

I received a call today from a Michael Jones saying he had received a fax regarding a summons that would be served at my place of employment or residence. He said to call the plantiff first at 855-541-4868 and left summons number (fake number for sure). At the end of the call he said "You have been notified. Does anyone have a fax number or company name for this number?

This may be an extortion scam. They want you to pay them $$$ with your credit card over the phone to settle the legal complaint. Don't do it, this is a scam.

I got the same phone call this morning.  Guy said that he was a processor and was suppose to deliver some legal paperwork this morning.  I asked him for his name and where he worked?  Guy said his name was James Steadman and he worked for Processing Solutions.  I asked him to spell his last name and he said ST and then paused like he was thinking and the. Finished the rest.  I asked him what it was for and he said he didn't know it's a sealed envolope and it's against the law to open the envolope.  You need to call this number 1-855-541-4868 and make sure they fax me a confirmation fax.  I knew it was a scam because I had a similar phone call from someone saying they were from ADR Firm.  IT'S A SCAM!  Don't give them any info!

I keep receiving calls from private number, on the voice message the caller identifies himself as Michael Jones.  He states a complaint has been filed against me and he is to serve me with court summons.  He adds to call the plaintiff at 855-541-4868 to resolve the matter and ends the message "you have been officially notified."  No further details on the plaintiff.  I am not aware of any court summons nor I have been served as of yet.  Does anyone else has received this type of calls?  How did he get my cell phone number?
