I had a 31-973-1034 call me and said his name was kevin. He stated that he needed to serve legal documents to me. He asked if I was home. I said yes and he said he would be there in about 45 minutes. He gave me a claim number and a 1-800 number to call. I did and they were extremely rude and nasty to me. They refused to give me information and told me it would be on my documents. They did say I can avoid going to court by paying debt of $600. I advised that I filed bankruptcy and told them it was illegal to pursue me further. They then said I was being sued for fraud and not the debt. Well it has been over 45 minutes and no one has come to my house with papers. I think it is a scam. Not to mention this is a debt from 2007.

This place is a total scam. They called me being very nasty and advising that I pay them or make payment arrangements. I fell for it....I have 4 kids and was very worried about going to jail. The funny thing about these idiots is that the call every week and confirm your payment with you!!!! They are ridiculous....please get a real job and stop taking from people. So after I realized that these people were not real...and I stopped payments they had a local number call me and act like she was going to bring me papers. I told her " I know that you guys are a scam and that I will be waiting"....luckily I had Identity Protection and I am getting all funds returned by my bank....These people will not send any paperwork at all.....I am writing this on here because hopefully people will research before they act...I just got caught up in the fact that I did not want anyone to take me away from my kids.....If they do not want to send you papers please do not fall for it!!!!!

I have since found out that that name of the company is called Consolidated Mediation Firm. They are known for being nasty. Know your rights before talking to them, or get a lawyer to talk to them. Other numbers for them are 888-773-1399 and 888-730-4849.

This is a total scam. He did the exact same thing. Gave me a number. I took out 1 payday loan 3 years ago and paid it right back. These payday loan places sell ur name. U can't mail anything...they want ur bank account or debit card info. Then I'm sure they will wipe you out. The local guy is a Travis Tucket. His local number is 317-973-1034. If it was a real collection, then he is breaking the law and would have to wipe ur debt off. But they give u no info. He gave me this 855-541-6745. They refuse to give an address or any info. I reported to the attorney general. DO NOT GIVE ANYTHING to these people!! N

Received several calls from a local number from a Renee Thomas (832-838-1024), who said she is a private contractor that has been contracted to find me and serve me with papers.  Either I could verify my address with her so I could meet her, or she would show up at work to serve me the papers.  She also had left me a voice mail, telling me to call 855-541-6745 with a claim number of 165199, saying that charges have been filed against me.  When I actually talked to her, she was reluctant to tell me who contracted her, saying that it was a mediation firm.  I told her there was no way I would tell her any of my information until she could tell me who she worked for, and she finally said ADM.  Than she got upset, told me she was going to serve me at work, and hung up.  I believe this was an attempt to collect a debt.

This guy, Mr. Parker called me from a Connecticut area code (203) and said in a loud voice, he has papers to serve me and demanded my address. I hung up on him, and he called back 5 times within the next 2 minutes. He's threatening to sue me and finally left my claim no. and said I have until today to call back or else. He talked extremely loud and with a strong tone of intimidation, and he slammed the phone down twice. I called an attorney and he said that it's more than likely a scam.

I have begun receiving these messages , they have even been calling my sisters phone number, all the other posts are correct this a SCAM, they won't give any info, and are extremely rude.  PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO REPORT THIS OR STOP THIS. Annoyed in NJ

This place is HORRIBLE!   A guy named Mr. Cruise called and advised that I was being sued and that they needed to serve me with documents. When I asked who was suing me Mr Cruise advised that I needed to call this number and speak to them about it.
When I called the person that answered advised that I owed on a $200 pay day loan from 2005....I do remember taking out a loan back in the early 2000's but I had filed Bankruptcy years ago.
When I advised that I had filed bankruptcy and this debt was included in that BK they advised that they were still going after me for fraud because I took out the loan and included them in my BK.
They said I was going to be served at my job and taken to jail....This place is a CROCK!    

I contacted my attorney and he advised that this is just a scam to get me to pay because this company probably bought the debt and are hoping to scare me into paying.
From what I hear this place is just full of hot air and don't do anything but bark and be rude to people.

This place is a total SCAM! Refuses to give any mailing address, fax number or any contact info. Had no problem leaving info about someone on my CELL phone stating had charges or some mess like that. This is nothing but a collection company using illegal collection practices, but once u call in to try and get any info, they refuse to give u anything that u need. I called the state prosecutors office and they told me to tell them to not call me cell number again, I did this but they have called twice since...not for me, someone I do know. How they got my number I have no idea. Then they said they do not make out bound calls. What a crock. The prosecutores office told me to try and get a fax or address and this place said they dont have either!!! Just pathetic!

This is a scam was told I was going to be served papers but the male caller could not tell me about waht. Then he proceed to say call this number 704-557-0834 with a claim number of 166299 in order to see what the ppaerwork was about. He then said that he would be to my home in about 45 minutes. However, he tried to get an address but never asked me for it again!!!!!
