This is not a scam, it is literally the RBC Bank. They called this number after my car payment did not go through (nsf) and they had to reset another date for payment.

Hey Its a scam. I called rbc and they dont have any 1855xxx-xxxx number for collections. they only work internal aswell. so if you dont have a cred card with them, then they dont do collections.
dont give any info!

Got a call, couldn't understand heavily mumbled message with very heavy accent, returned call, and they hung up. weird

This number 855-560-1415 is from RBC Bank collections department (Royal Bank). For some reason they call people to test their phone then hang up soon after you answer without a word. Very strange.
