I have the same problem at my employer.  And you cannot trace who they really are.  It is sad our country is involved in give them premission to call citizens.  Then they turn around and make laws against certain type of behaviors of those very people.  If they would not do this these people will not call harrassing anyone.

I got a call from the same number and the person, Tim Adams, said the court served me paper. But the name of the person they are trying to reach is someone named Vernon Grisno(?).

Lady said her name is brandi, and then said see me in court

This is ACS. They are a collection agency. They tell you they are a government agency investigating you for criminal fraud charges.
