I have recieved several phone calls from a supposed process server that give you another number to call 855-56502308 or 855-827-9836. When you call this number they state that they have a civil case number for you that needs immediate attention or you will go to jail and be sued. After several attempts another callcamein tuesday evening that I had 2 hours to meet with this person or else.
Today I called the states attorneys office and also the attorney generals office in regards to this situation. They have informed me that they are scams both numbers are linked to the same people and they are somewhere; indonisia. They have been looking in to this situation for the past year, the case numbers that they give are scams and if you call the surrounding court houses and check this number they are no real.
They are advising all who get these calls to not give any information out on yourself or your banking info to them, just to hang up and to never meet them at anysite that they list to you. Keep a log on day, time, and any names thatthey give you and call your attorney generals office to report this.

CALLED AT WORK THREATENED TO SEND OFFICER BECAUSE OF FRAUD STATED THAT I HAD ONE HOUR TO PAY THEM OR ELSE. I ADVISED THAT I WAS WILLING TO PAY THEM BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THAT CAN YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

Good Job!  Hope everyone will do that the first time they get a call,  it would put a serious knot in their panties and maybe put a stop to some of their crap.....

Got a call from a process server and then someone from the same number claiming to be ACS Services and claiming I am going to jail and being sued and I need to pay them today..Do not pay them I called there bluff and they hung up on me

ACS SERVICES. Claim to be a mitigation service on payday loans.  They're a fraud threatening court prosecution etc. Blow them off and for gods sake Don't give them any info or money.
