That She needs to have Me sign the "Notice of Intent" regarding a claim being filed against Me. And the Phone Number She left Me to contact Her is: 1-855-578-3469

Called for my daughter in law saying she had to appear in court even left a case number The lady sid her name was Lorri Smith

A couple of days ago I received a call about a vehicle I have for sale on Craigslist.  Brian from National Vehicle Sales ext. 240 advised me that he could list my vehicle on e-bay for 21 days, on the National Vehicle Sales webpage and maintain the advertisement until the vehicle sold and all at no cost to me.  I though it was too good to be true and asked how they made their money.  Brian indicated that it was through financing, vehicle shipping and that the e-bay and associated fees were covered by the buyer.  I then requested the site info be sent to me via e-mail in order to verify the information as I was on my cell away from home.  After researching the phone number as Brian failed to e-mail the requested info, I read the post on this site and, despite the obvious concerns, contacted Brian and discussed listing my vehicle.  During our previous 40 minute plus conversation Brian stated on numerous occasions that there was no cost to me, he was employed at National for 1 year and his brother got him the job after his parents died.   He also stated that 80% of the vehicles listed were successfully sold.  Now, while speaking with Brian today, it was a completely different tune as I was expected to pay $399 to advertise and all his previously stated guarantees were bull.  I declined to entertain his garbage any further and elected to share my experience with you.  As far as I am concerned they are just another bunch of phone soliciting scam artists with no guarantee, integrity or expectation of customer satisfaction.  List on e-bay yourself and avoid the lies.

Thank you all for the heads up.  I am not calling.  I have a classic car on Craigslist.  Why would I give someone else part of my profits for nothing?

What a call, ended in the person telling me that I should plant flowers around my RV and watch them grow since I didn't have a chance of selling. Suggestetd I woud pay for services rendered and send him a certified check when the unit was sold.  Not a nice man!!!

How do you think a "free" site like craigslist makes money MORON!!!  Is anything "free".

Anyone ever try this service out to see if its legit??? I checked out their feedback score on ebay. These guys sell alot of cars and it seems as though most folks walk away pretty happy

I have worked with nvm on several occasions. They provide a service not unlike autotrader, HOWEVER, my sales rep kept in touch with me on a regular basis. Something that no other site has ever done. Most of my cars sold, one did not the first go around. That does not mean they did not provide the service they promised. Most of these complaints are from people who were too STUPID to take a minute to find out what was up. IGNORANCE IS CONTEMPT PRIOR TO INVESTIGATION!!!!

Stated his name was " Casey"  @ 855.578.1536  Extension 224.
Car is also for sale on E Bay, if "Casey" wants it, "Casey" can bid on it.

I got mai from  Brandon Thelen asked me to call him at this number ext#217  if I still have my hummer available  he wants to talk to me about it,I don't know what that means just ignored it

I have a car advertised on AutoTrader and sometimes on Craigslist - today received an email from "Brandon Thelen" saying he was interested in the car and if still available to please call him.  I've been thru this a number of times with other "interested in your car" calls and emails.  NO WAY will I pay anyone a fee to advertise my car.

I have not done business with them & refuse to do business with them. They ARE brokers listed under many various names. read all the posts on here regarding them. there is one that a person lost $1150 to them. also check their BBB rating.

Hi Guys, i've seen couple comments here about calls from ths ph#, but didn't see anyone who has proceeded/tred to do bsiness with them. They called me today in regards my ad n Craigslist and promised me to sell it in 1-4weeks, saying they aren't brokers and their comission is paid by the buyer... If there is a contract behind it, seems not to be a bad deal.... Any real experiece with them? Thanks!

Do these people think we are idiots? As many of you, posted vehicle on Craigslist..and specifically said in our ad no response via email. Must be local and call....

Made the mistake of contacting CLAASSY AUTO on line to see the value of a car I want to sell.

Now HOUNDED daily from 855-578-1536 about when I want to list it , when will I approve $350.00 VISA to start process.

My experience with Classy Boats.com was unsatisfactory to say the least.
Boat sales at a reasonable price are almost non-existant in the North American market.These folks have no idea of the boat market!
The call I got prayed on my desperation to sell and offered a 21-day E-Bay auction as a way to get world-wide exposure as well as the Classy Boat website.
$1150 later I'm still no closer to a sale.
Another lesson learned.

Got a call from the 855-578-1536 ext 231 and did web search because I'm leery of 855 numbers.  Glad I did after reading these articles.  I won't be returning the call!!!

Steve interested in my vehicle.  I Called the number back 855-578-1536 ext. 221 and it was Steve with NVM.  Then I googled to get info.  I have been scammed before so I am very careful.

OK, sounds good, but how do you collect and if you don't have their address how are you going to send them a supena(sp) to go to court.  Not trying to be rude, I just like to know, since for the past year, I've been reporting a different telemarketer, (they claim to reduce credit card interest) to State of NJ "Do not call list "complaint web site.

I also forgot to mention that they contact me EVERY time I try to sell a Car, even writing my number out with words doesnt seem to stop them.

I have sold 3 cars since last Oct. including a 4th (1968 Mustang GT 302) that I changed my mind on and kept and they have contacted me each time.

I have been trying to sell my RV for the same amount of time.

I really do get sick of telling these people to remove me permanently from their call list.

I have had a few of these guys pop up in my VM while I have tried to sell my rig.

They are offering a service that I do not need and as far as I could ask, do not have a money back guarantee.

The first one was a lady and she was SUPER RUDE! I am glad that I did not have it on speaker phone because she was taking her sales frustrations out on me after asking to have my phone number removed, and not shared, my kids did not need to hear the vulgar things she had to say.

I cant get ahold of this next guy, his ext is 235.
I am going to ask him again to remove, not share and not sell my number and that they have already failed to comply with my previous requests to do so.

Here is the simple fact of it for anyone that wants help selling their RV or Motorhome, local consignment with a business is a much better way to go then with these people. You get face to face sales and NOTHING is set in stone (at least with a good consignment agreement.)

With a consignment you dont pay any money up front as it comes out after the sale.
They tell you what they are going to list it for and tell you how much they need to sell it AND you get free storage while they try to sell it. :)

If it doesnt sell, oh well, no money lost and you had free storage. :)

NVM is a ripoff though and their track record proves that.

I've been trying to sell my Mustang on AutoTrader for a while - listed at $54,00 - and had received numerous calls from "Kevin" and "Bill" - "I can sell your car for $ 60,000 as e can finance and deliver" .  I just listed on Kelly Blue Book yesterday and have received 3 calls today already -
I have already posted their scam on Rip Off Report and suggest the same to anyone else that has been bothered by these butts...

I'm in Canada and just received abcall from this number, the guy said he's interested in purchasing my car and would like to come over and see it first but he needs me to provide him with a car-proof report.
Not sure what to think, will wait till later to see if he actually comes and report back.
