This company called my x husband, who I've been divorced from since May of 2011, claiming there were 3 charges pending against me in a county in washington state that doesn't even exist. The caller who left a message identified herself as Robin Moore, and went on to give a case number on the voice mail. Funny thing is, the case number doesn't exist, I researched it. No such case. LOL
Not only that, but they're claiming what ever financial thing they have against me is a FELONY. It's truly laughable that they are claiming to have 3 charges pending against me, which a case number that doesn't exist in the state. I don't even KNOW how they got my x husbands phone number.

I recieved a call from a Ms.Smith/Ms Meads fromTexas Division of Summons and needed an address .This was left on my machine .This was a very bad message.Please stop those people thanks.

I  recieved sa call from 855-579-1564 the caller was a ms.mead and she was from progressive and associate .I ask her what was the call about they was looking for a person and needed to speak with them.
This person was very nasty and sarcastic because she was with the texas division of summonsand needed the address ot do so.

I had a message from someone by the name of Robin Moore at Progressive.  I called back and the lady who answered said she did not know anyone by that name so she proceeded to ask me who I was.  She said I apparently owed a debt that I knew that I didnt.  I told her I was a victim of ID theft and this case has been pursuing for over a year now and I had to get an attorney.  She became rude and and started putting words in my mouth and threatening me.  At this point, I just told her my attorney would contact her.  She then told me I was rude and sarcastic.  Well hell yeah, Im rude because someone is accusing me of something I know I havnt done.  Because someone stole my Identity, I have been accused of all kinds of things.  This company does not exist and has been reported to my attorney and the FTC.  Stupid a** people!

My mom recieved a voicemail from this so called "law" firm called Progressive and Asscociates, claiming that I needed to call them back immediatley. I called, but no one answered. They fianlly called me back with ALL of my information. They stated that I owed over $3,000 to them and that if I didnt pay it they would take me to jail. I told them that I didnt have the money but if they were able to take payments than that would help. The lady on the phone stated that she would have to talk to the attorney that was suing me to see if he would take payments. She told me to call her back in 10 min, I called back but no one answered so I left my phone number for her to call back. I called everyday atleast 4 times a day for 2 weeks before someone finally called me back. She stated that the lady that had helped me had a family emergency and was not going to be back with the company.... She literally stumbled all over her words. I asked her if she could send me something from the company with all of the information and what I owed. She stated that all she could send me was something stating that I had paid in full. I told her that I would not send anything until I had gotten something from the company in the mail. I even asked to speak to someone higher in the company. She stated that she was in charge of my case and she was the only one I could speak to. She became very rude and proceeded to tell me that she would no longer be handling my case and that law enforcement would be coming to serve me. Than hung up. This "company" is something else. Threating me and telling me that they are taking me to jail, yet wont give me any information about the company. I have tried finding a website but all I keep finding is other people with the same problem.

It's an extremely rude collection agency who will use every scare tactice possible to make you pay.  Get ready - they will tell you you're going to jail and that you're going to be served.  They are just bullying you. Find out their address if possible and post it here - they are thugs.

I got a call from this number - she identified herself as Ms Smith.  She berated me for having a husband who owes money (this is news to me). She said she was part of the Texas Division of Summons and was going to have my husband put in jail.  I asked her if she had the right person, and she said, "OF COURSE I have the right person!"  I asked for her callback number and extension (which she gave me). She was raising her voice at me and was very sarcastic.  I told her I didn't like how she was talking with me, and she said, "Too bad!" and hung up on me!!!  I called her back and it was an automated message (big surprise, right?) and I entered her extension.  Naturally it didn't go to her, it went to someone else.  So, I called back multiple times until I got her extension #516.  I told her thatI was filing a complaint against her with the BBB and FTC, and hung up on her.  She called *me* back and giggled on the phone, and said, 'Mmmm hmmm!" and hung up on me.

I called back and punched in a different extension, a guy answered and I asked for a manager.  A manager answered "Mrs. Meaks" and she was just as rude as Mrs. Smith.  I told her that she and her employees could not lie about who they are, that they could not threaten anyone with violence or jail time, and that what she was doing and encouraging her emplyees to do was illegal.  Her response was, "Well, your stupid husband should pay his bill."

Yes, I called her a b---- and hung up on her.  

I called Progressive Financial and they had no records, so it is a different Progressive debt collection agency. Anyone know where they are?  Again, it's not the one in AZ.

I received a call from this number stating claiming to be from Progressive. Later in the conversation she stated she didn't work for Progressive. I told her to send me something in writing and she refused.I hung up!
