These people called looking for my ex wife. She has not lived here for almost 9 years. They said they sent out paperwork and was making sure she received it. They were also confirming some delivery for legal papers from Nixon and Powell Law Firm. Raj Patel was the one who called. Since she hasn't lived here in years, I believe this is a scam. If it isn't, she's screwed.

This place is a scam. They claimed i owed them 1000, then 1324.62, then said it was for Advanced America cash checking. I called the place and they had no records and told me to report to the federal trade commission. Trade commission told me they were frauds as well. The guy who answers is William. Said they were gonna prosecute me for check fraud. Claimed it was from a checking account I never had. They demanded the money right away and I told them to FU.. Since they couldn't provide me whit crap about the dates and amounts etc.

A bethany called stating she was looking for someone with a certain ssn...she needed to speak with them.asap or the authorities would pick them up. I have no clue whats going on

OK, today 5-22-12, the number is answered by a male stating he works for "Freeman and Freeman" law office.......and he is a DICK!

We, also, have received a couple of phone calls from this number stating the same thing.  Looking for someone regarding check fraud.  I did call them back to ask to remove our number.  We'll see what happens. I don't know if they really are an attorney office or not.

received a call from this number AGAIN. Stating they were an attorney David Phillips. Stating that they were pursueing "check fraud".  And gave the name of the person they were persueing...ok my question would be, do  you not know it is illegal to say something like that on a voice mail?  ESPECIALLY when my voice mail does NOT state who I am or anything...they could have been calling JOE BLOW from FOOTCREEK, Michigan or something...I dont know who it is or what they want, but they need to stop calling ME

I got a call from them, i called and talked to one of the attorneys i was confused at first, they explained everything and come to find out it was about a check i wrote from my old bank of america account. I didnt realize it didnt clear and the bank never told me, i checked my records and verified it, they were very helpfull in gettting this resolved with me.
