Leaving you a toll free number to return the call is sneaky to you? Most companies do have a toll free number for consumers to reach them at so they dont incur costs in returning the call, this is pretty industry standard. No, it wont show the toll free number on your caller ID as they have a normal, landline number that they call you from.

These losers called here too. I want to know the proper authorities to report them to, they seem to be up to something shady.

I have gotten several calls for two people I don't know. They are automated calls that ask for a specific person.

I bit the bullet and called back the "if this is not you" number. Dude asked if I knew the person. (He only had one on file connected to my number). When I said no, he said he'd remove my number. He was friendly enough and even said "sorry"

I will be post here again if I get more calls from these people!

Received a call today from woman from Bryant, Hodege & Assoc.
She didnt say who she was calling for..
She stated only that she needed a call back for a personal matter and it was concerning an issue for a debt collection..
What..how vague..
Come on now if you dont even say a name how do I know this call is even meant for me??
I owe no debt's to anyone but my mortgage company.
So like many of the comments this debt could be for someone I know.. who know's you didnt even say a name,
So now they some how found an assocation to my name that they figured I will call back.
First of all if you dont know my name I more than likley wont be calling you back and how can you leave a message stating it is for a personal debt and need a call back without more detail..
Yeah I think not.

Keep getting a call from Brad Fuller's automated message asking for Carlos...I don't know a Carlos and I don't have a payday loan or any other outstanding debt besides mortgage and car.  His tone of voice on the automated message is rude enough. Can't imagine what he's like in person...

I keep getting called from these scumbags at 6:30am every morning.  Looking for someone I have never heard of.  I have had that number for 7 yrs.  I try and call and no one answers.  They are calling my phone every day.  There has got to be a law against this.

These people are complete scumbags. Called me about a supposed debt that my ex-wife has (the recording mentioned her by name). I waited for someone to come on the line to ask how I might be able to help clear this up (not knowing if it might be a debt that we shared--although my credit rating is flawless and don't have any debts, especially collections, to speak of).

What I got on the phone was a rude POS, who was not willing to discuss anything once they found out I wasn't her. I said that I understood that it wasn't in my name but that I may be able to assist in figuring out. Guy hung up before I could finish my sentence. That pissed me off. I called back and another little smartass POS who kept talking over me when I asked them to take my number off the list. He began to yell and then also hung up. Who the hell do these people think they are??

After reading the comments here, I'm fairly sure it's bogus since neither my ex-wife nor I have ever stepped foot in a "payday loan" establishment. Ever. Reporting them to the Atty. Gen in their state.

I just received an email from someone I haven't seen in a decade telling me that she received a call from these people. We never had any legal ties to each other and almost nothing for a paper trail. She's now married and has moved several times and has a different last name from the time I knew her. This is harassment. How are scams like this able to happen and does anyone know what can be done about it?

The world has discovered that the telephone is the biggest money making tool available today.  Every piece of crap and toad is crawling out from under the rocks to cash in on debt collection or scams.
Their most effective method is using the telephone and peoples lack of knowledge to extort money while they sit at their robo computer eating bon bons.......may an itchy and never ending skin disease befall them.

Also got a call, but with refinement: Call 855-582-0027 if the person named was incorrect. Otherwise, call toll free 888-675-4485, reference number 5 million 2 million and then gobbledegook. Caller said he is Brad Fuller of Bryant Hodge & Associates.

Got an automated call from this number, "Jill", Bryant Hodges and Associates??? Don't have a clue.  I don't have pay day loans or any debts to be collected.

Like several others, received a voicemail from "Jill" and the (855) 582-0027 number. Called ID said (207) 512-5389 in Maine. Claims to be a debt collection agency but we have no outstanding debts.

I received calls on my cell and my work number at same time, a voice message from a person named "Jill" saying she was from Brian Hodge and Associates very automated sounding asking to call her back at (855) 582-0027, but the caller ID number came up as (207)512-5389.

Recieved a call from 855-582-0027  stating that I had an out standing balance on a bill- all my bills are on time.

Received a call from Bryant Hodge & Associates and spoke with "Bill" says I owe money, which I don't. SCAM!

I received a voice message from a person named "Jill" saying she was from Brian Fodge (or Hodge) and Associates asking to call her back at (855) 582-0027, but the caller ID number came up as (207)512-5389.  From previous posts, it appears that this could be a debt collector, but I do not have any outstanding bills.

I just received a call from 207-512-5389 in Augusta, ME and a person named Jill from Bryant & Associates and she left a call back of 855-582-0027. I have never heard of her, the company, or either number. If it is a debt collection agency, then they are barking up the wrong tree with me!

Received a call from a person named "Anthony" asking for me, stated it was a personal matter. Left a number for me to return his call (855-582-0027), but the number that showed up on the caller id was 207-512-5389. Sounds sneaky to me.

Got a call from this number from person named Jill did a reverse look up and the call is coming from Maine, they left the number above for a call back but what shows on my caller ID is 207-512-5389..It sounded very automated..I don't have any outstanding debts..

Just received a call from a "Jo" from the number 855-582-0027 stating she was from Bryant Hodges and they were a debt collector.  My bills are not late and I have NEVER used a payday loan company.

I got a voicemail from someone named "Jill" who left this number and said she was from Bryant Hodges and Associates.  I know these people are debt collectors working with payday loan places but I haven't had to use one since 2006!!
