the same company called my sister in law for me. i paid one debt in full thinking it was legitimate and you would think being that i did that my name and all my information would be in there system. they be calling saying they now have two charges pending against me and i would be served and the been trying to reach me on numerous attempts but fail to get up with me due to a number and address change, but what i dont understand is that since i paid in full the first one my address and number has remained the same

got a call from Heidi Porter with this call-back number. She threatened to "move forward with the case against me." I called back and found that they're looking for someone with my name, but a totally different birthday and SS#. They're also looking for someone who is either a Sr. o Jr. They seem to know that I'm not the right person, but they keep calling. They said they're trying to collect a $50 payment as part of an "out-of-court settlement" that originated on July 10 for a payday loan. They cannot produce any record of the settlement or tell me what the payment/settlement is for. When I asked for details, they hung up on me.
